I mean this stinks. I was just wondering who everyone's second favourite team is if you have one. The Raptors seem so doomed right now. Mine is the Hornets who are not exactly living up to their hype but not as bad as things here. I am digging the Bobcats and D.J Augustin as well.

I've actually thought about this, and I honestly can't see my self supporting any other team. I thought that I could, but once I started thinking about it, I felt like I was giving up on our team -- and that I can't do [no matter how shitty they are]

DJ will probably be mathematically eliminated as soon as the Raps are.

I got a thing for the Spurs this year.
1. Bonner starting at center
2. they're not talked about as much as other teams in the West, they seem like a bit of an underdog. Probably because Bonner has been starting for them at Center.

And Pistol, you're allowed to give up on your team when they're mathematically eliminated, it's the only time it's acceptable.

However, the Raptors probably won't be mathematically eliminated until this season is just about over, and I still think they'll at least grab the 7 or 8 spot.

Since I used to like the Lakers before the Raps I'll stick with them in the playoffs.
I do the same with baseball, Braves in the post season

If the Raps get eliminated, I will be cheering the Hornets (MO PETE!) and the Spurs (BONNER!). I would cheer the Celts also, but I'm not too happy with KG and his actions as of late.

Booooo Dino Blogger .... there is no other team outside of the Raptors. Once they are mathematically eliminated, my season is over and we close shop at RF till next fall.

i wont really be cheering for any one else... because raps are my one and true love.
but my favorite team to watch is NO.... so i guess they'll get my temporary support.
CP3 is far and away my favorite player on the planet -he's such a joy to watch. If the raps are out of contention, i'll be rooting for CP3 and his hornets.
The blazers are also fun to watch. Their crowd is insane, such a great environment over there. for me, the west is so much more exciting then the east.

I've always been a Jazz fan, I'll likely die a Jazz fan. Great team to watch, play great basketball and it's inevitable that they will play the Rockets in the playoffs.

Sorry DB. I'm a Raptors fan first and only.

If they get punked out of the race, the only other occurrence that will give me joy, is the Celtics losing.

i want to say warriors. they're a joy to watch. (remember when we used to move the ball?) they're in a similar boat to us although i give them a better chance at turning it around.

Hmm, that's a tough one for me, I'd have to go with one of Suns, Lakers, Trailblazers. But if the Celtics lose this season then I'll cheer for whoever beat them

Like many of you said, I just can picture myself cheering for another team. But if I have to I will cheer for all that teams when they are facing the Celts

Is it wrong of me to actually cheer for the Celtics?

I used to love KG (had a Minny jersey), I love Ray Allen, I enjoy the way they play defense, Rondo is a hell of a player. Sure they have swagger, but they're fun to watch and I cheered them on all last playoffs, espescially against the Lakers (who I despise).

I think Toronto fans for the most part hate Boston right now b/c of the Jose thing and next b/c they're better than us and that's what we wish to be.
