I remember reading a tweet from Brandon Jennings saying he'd be in Toronto for Drake & The Weeknd's concert OVO Fest.

Hater's gonna hate.

I expect him to look silly "acting" but the show's message is positive. He also runs a charity to support young kids and this series looks like an extension of it.

I hope you don't take our comments as hating. The original Degrassi (the show we are referrencing) is one of the greatest Canadian TV series ever, in both an ironic and serious way.

I wonder how many NBAers will be in White Vegas.....er, Toronto for Caribana this week. They won't get $400,000 for the weekend, but if they were smart, they would have planned an exhibition game. If 1 million people are willing to show up in stifling heat for a parade....

That was the reincarnation of it. The original is from my childhood. Degrassi Jr. High, then Degrassi High.

Ah, Zit Remedy.

There was also the slightly related Kids of Degrassi Street.

Is Sonny the Joey Jeremiah of this team? Very narrow range of talent, shows a great deal of immaturity? Only difference is that he's not a main character....

Yeah, but we don't have Harvey's or Swiss Chalet in the U.S.

I also really miss B.B.Que's at Spadina and Harbord. It's just a U of T student place, but it's damn good for what it is.
