What Happened ?

I can't believe Hedo was that athletic, now everytime he drives it looks like he's gonna break something and he's much slower in about 2 years difference

brothersteve 12-21-2009 12:38 AM

Check out the top plays from last year! :yeah:
Just as impressive!

Hedo is coming around. The slow start was disappointing. :confused2:

LightsOut 12-21-2009 12:46 AM

yee I guess he's not 100 percent comfortable or in shape yet, and number 2 was nasty

Mr4thQuarter 12-21-2009 01:09 AM

I thought he looked pretty quick on the two drives in the first quarter although he missed them both. He does look a little heavier now, stronger too.

rapsmannn 12-21-2009 04:11 AM

wow what a year he had,

he does move slower, but I think it has more to do with injuries, the funny thing we probably won't see Turk at his height in two years, just because he is playing so many games, he has turkey this summer and then straight into another season in the nba

don't know if his body can hold up

kobe is a machine, thats why he can do what he does, but Turk he needs his rest

Like i said before.... Kool-aid is very dangerous for you..

He isn't going to be like he was in 2007 since the damage is still taking place.

hirmak 12-21-2009 05:40 AM

When U look number 7 U'll understand that he and the other Toronto players need time to understand him better.Howard even didn't look at Hedo just started to run and jump because he knew the alley oop pass will find him:yeah:

He's still got a few months before he has to provide his peak performances.

Turkoglu 12-21-2009 01:11 PM

he must rest

fancylad 12-21-2009 01:16 PM

I thought he was alright yesterday. I've always appreciated his court vision and his crafty passes.

He's one of those guys that will out-fox the opposition instead of out-running or out-jumping them. Maybe it's not what some fans are looking for, but it can still be effective.

jeffb 12-21-2009 01:46 PM

Like most of this team, he's been up & down all season so far.

babyface 12-21-2009 01:54 PM

Yeah, Hedo knows he's struggling too. Yesterday he was shaking his head from missing both his lay ups

With the money he has he should be able to come up with why this is happening.

bodmonshotta 12-21-2009 11:09 PM

yeah i agree, hedo hasn't been performing to what was expected. However, i can see that he's slowly creeping up in the stats sheet and becoming more effective as he becomes more comfortable with the team.

:yeah:

What happened? He was 2 years younger, fitter, and motivated.

With the kind of money he's paid, he should be scoring 50+ a game.

Windex 12-22-2009 08:58 AM

Jack started of slow so I still have some hope for Hedo

x_kaptain_x 12-22-2009 09:37 AM

I like the optimism around here...
I was going to say he's doggin' it but... he could come around ;D
