Well guys heres my take on who should start, who comes off the bench and who finishes. 1)A true point guard is a player thats gets his teamates involved meaning a pass first guy.Is this Jose or TJ ? answer its Jose. 2) A true point guard protects the ball. Is this Jose or TJ ? answer its Jose. 3) A true point guard is a student of the game and makes great decisions controling flow of the game. Is this Jose or TJ ? answer its Jose. A true point guard can turn it on and off and become scorer when required. Is this Jose or TJ ? Well I give this one to TJ because he always wants to be the scorer. He can score but we usually lose when he scores alot. A true point guard who is a pass first guy and has a great outside shot that opens up better looks for his mates. Is this Jose or TJ ? answer its Jose. When the game is on the line a true point guard has the ability to play under pressure and make good decisions late in the game.Is this Jose or TJ ? answer its Jose.
In conclusion Jose should continue to lead our team out of the gate. If and when TJ gets back he should come off the bench and Jose should close out the games.

Another thing I wanted to say is no matter what Jose does when TJ comes back Mitch will make TJ his boy. Jose has demonstrated that he is one of the best in the league and is being cosidered for the allstar game. Like Allen Iverson said do all stars come off the bench ?

And no matter what TJ does - you will not make him your boy.

Like AI says - Who cares about what raptor123 posts? Oh - it was actually practice? There's still no need to kill your arguments with a quote from Iverson.

Hey "LX" I still remember the day that TJ was traded to the rapts. He was so arrogant during that one interview, it was all about him and how he was going to turn this franchise around. Right from day one and that one interview was enough for me to see that TJ is for TJ. I just don't care for guys that are arrogant regardless how good they are or who how good they think they are.Maybe thats my issue with TJ which makes me blind to everything thing else about him.Mine you he has come along way on how he presents himself to the media, but then I believe its the play of Jose that has changed his tune. That arrogance from the beginning could have scarred me for life.

A lot of people had a poor first impression of him. I'll grant you that. My first impressions came more from watching him a lot in his rookie year. I thought he looked real nice. He single-handedly got the Bucks into the playoffs. In fact they dropped off big time when he went down with his injury, almost missing the playoffs, after being the fourth seed earlier. I didn't like the season he had when he came back from the injury. I thought he was tentative. He still got the Bucks back into the playoffs, but he really disappointed me with his mental approach. You could tell the competitive juices were still there, but he was not getting to spots the way he could before.

So when I first heard his confidence, I was very happy. And he's followed through.

hehe I told you SWAN, it gets really old, some prefer Calde others prefer TJ, nobody is going to get convinced. This argument got pretty bad in the other forum and It gets so repetive, I practically ban myself from posting anything about our PGs.

I know... i've seen it in other places too. The part that gets me is the Calderon fans can't accept that TJ is the Raptors starting point guard until he gets traded... this isnt' my opinion...this is fact. When TJ is 100% he starts. Arguing that you'd rather see Jose as the starter is fine..that's opinion and everyone has got one. Arguing that Jose will start even when TJ is back AND 100% is silly as it as Sam has said more than once you dont' lose your job because you get hurt and TJ is the Raptors starting point guard.
