He was apparenyly offered 25+ mpg. If he impresses I can see him getting 30mpg. Doubtful but still, Amir better bring it again this season and not look like the 2011-12 Amir.

It wouldnt surprise me if Hansbrough played 25-30 mpg as the primary backup to the PF/C positions. Casey is going to love him and he'll fit well with both Amir and JV.

I hate the idea of sticking with the roster as currently constructed as I previously stated. The only way it's worth making the playoffs and losing a lotto pick in this draft is if we win a round in the playoffs. Anything besides 2nd round or getting a high lotto pick is beyond a horrible season and result in 13/14 IMO. This roster isn't going anywhere with Derozan and Gay as it's highest usage and highest paid players.

The plan is to win as many games as possible and to make the playoffs. Quite simple.

Tyler is a better fit beside Jonas than Amir, at least in my opinion. Amir is great off the bench tho

I don't think he'll get more than 20 IMO, if jv and amir get 70 minutes or so, that's 25 left and between the odd minutes for gray and some minutes for nowak/gay/acy, there won't be a lot left. Barring injuries, of course.

As for 2nd round ... Can't see us beating Miami, bulls, pacers or the nets under all but the most optimistic scenarios ...

No way Amir plays 35 minutes. Jonas could. Amir historically has topped out at 29 MPG, and even last year 33 MPG was as high as he got in any one month. Assuming 32 MPG for Amir, and 34 MPG for Jonas (he only averaged 32 in April last year), that means 66 MPG of 96 are accounted for at the big spots. That's 30 MPG to go around. If Gay plays a bunch there, Hansbrough could be as low as 20 MPG, but that 20 seems like a minimum for him rather than a maximum. Throw in injuries and his per game minutes probably end up north of 20 for sure.

amir averaged about 33mpg as a starter F last season, I don't see any reason he shouldn't do the same or better this year. With him, the problem was always fouls, but he's been a little better recently.
