Injuries are a fact of life for ALL NBA players. Sucking for an ENTIRE SEASON isn't just "injuries". If his knee was bothering him so much, that might be an excuse for not attacking the basket and playing physical, but it's not an excuse for shooting 29% from three. That is just sucking. No excuses.
Im guessing you dont play basketball. Shooting requires strength from the legs, if ur knee is hurt, ur shooting rhythm is thrown off, hence the 29 percent.

Of course it is 'an excuse'.

You don't have lift in your shot and you begin compensating elsewhere. You can't get open, you settle for shots you shouldn't etc.

It's the reason why so many people marveled at Kobe last year with his thumb injury. He still shot a high clip with it when almost everyone though it would be more detrimental than it was.

Kobe is basically god though when he's on the court.

Plus i'm pretty sure he went left handed after he injured his hand.

lol, well he definitely plays like it. It would litterly take broken bones to keep this guy off the court, and even then he would prob try to play....kobe is the god at playing through injuries.

Other players have injuries and suck in some ways, but are still ok in others. Kleiza has sucked in every way. Even from the foul line this year he's only 63.1% That's one area that is pretty steady with most players through something like a knee injury. Don't take my word for it either. Check stats of other players in seasons where they had a knee injury.

I don't know if you guys are making excuses for his play this season just because you know, like me, that he'll be back because nobody else will want him. But he was awful this year. Yes, even taking his "injury" into account.

I just dont understand, why Raptors signed him then? To shoot 3s? Well, yeah... But fuck, he is not a shooter. Jebus, he is SF-PF who post up and hits from mid range. 3 point shooting is not his strong side. Makes no sense.
and his 63% FT just proves he was out of shape. His career FT average is 76%.

Yes. Yes, you have. I guess it's his "knee injury" responsible for his terrible foul shooting. Because if you look at the NBA, every time any player has had a knee injury in any season, they ALWAYS shoot a terrible FT%.

The only explanation I have for your incessant Kleiza slurping is that you are actually Linas Kleiza yourself. Either that and/or you know nothing about basketball. That guy sucks ass. And anyone who would say otherwise is actually the naive.

Now please take your own advice and think before you post. Because not a single one of your posts has demonstrated any thought whatsoever.

They signed him because they have Nobrain Clownangelo as their GM. He's proven time and time again that he has no idea what he's doing. Only people like "pzabby" fall for his garbage.
