its tru every prospect is a gamble. but the odds of panning out is different for every prospect.
euros/international players are more of a gamble and its evident by how many turn out well

The player in question was Jonas Valanciunas. A player who has not played US college ball. Big Gamble.

Most top European prospects aren't even eligible to play in the NCAA, because they play as pros.

Is that the reason?

I don't see them as scoring specialist, but we could land Irving and thats the kind of PG any team wants. Its true we do need a C, but having a good PG helps too. For me, we really need a C but for other they might think we need a PG. At our position in the draft we could land Irving. The Euro players who are in the draft who play C I can't say about since I haven't watched their game.
