Whenever somebody makes a bad play, one player has to become the leader and give it to that player

i think we've got too many cheifs and not enough indians.
bosh is our leader but we've got a mentality here that anyone can be a hero regardless of talent level because we play a heavily team-oriented game now and the past 2 seasons. weve never really had to rely on one guys because he seemed someone different would step up each night. this year we definately need to get Bosh the ball more and turn him into our true 1st scoring option.

bosh is no leader - when the team is in trouble he start shooting jump shots (or 3 pointers). Just because he's our best player (arguably), doesn't make him a good leader necessarily. Plenty of great players who lack leadership skills around the league, ranging from anti-leaders like sheed to goofy characters like d12 or heartless biatches like vc and tmac

As good as a player he is, agreed Bosh is not the leader in the playoffs crunch time. I've been saying this for ages that the team needs a true leader. Garbo was a character and too bad he is not here anymore. I didn't like TJ Ford a bit but he too had some leadership skills. Also every team needs players who play with heart too. I so much miss the JYD. People don't like Solomon but he always plays with heart.
