Vince Carter....HOFer!
Even though some may think he is not worthy, he's going to get into the NBA hall of fame.
![]() For points, he has passed guys like David Robinson and John Stockton. And he will probably pass Larry Bird next year. Question is, does he enter the hall as a Raptor? Afterall, he's "A Raptor for life". And will that bring the T.O. love back? |

x 100The facts are, no ring, no scoring title, no mvp, not a good defensive player, and a reputation as a lazy player who never reached his full potential. I could care less about his Point totals. He's no HOF player imo. |

He could end up near top 20 in scoring in the end. I don;t think there is anyone at that level who is kept out. Besides, they are still riding his jock over that dunk contest performance. And you cannot ignore all of the all-star appearances.
He spent the most years in Toronto, so this will be an interesting choice to see who he goes into the hall as. |

I put Kemp and VC in the same category.... guys who wow'd the crowds with their freakish athleticism but never really realized their true potential in the end. Same lack of drive. Too bad. |

I don't know why everyone is talking about whether he desreves it. It's about whether he is going. And now the Nets are leaving NJ, so even less reason to go in as a NJ Net.
Toronto, embrace your hall of famer. ![]() |

Its funny cause when he actually plays here, he kills us. I cant remember winning against him after he left lol. I dont think hes a HOF but management should retire his jersey. He took the city to new heights and put Tdot on the map. It could have been worse, like the infamous Steve Francis. (We should stop booing him) shhhhhh.

How about if we wait and see how a player with so few results gets elected. The Hall of Fame in the NBA recognizes the contributions to team success. And it's hardly a given that he breaks the op 20 in scoring.
