Default A Unique Problem....VOICE

I am sitting infront of my computer and browsing raptors.com boxscore for the last game of washington vs Raptors and just wondering what is the problem....

I come to realize the problem is quiet unique....The problem is a "VOICE"...Authority figure...motivator and a dictator....inforcer and a punisher...unforgiver....wild animal with no mercy...a roarer who roars like a lion..a defender and offender....Ladies and gentlemen thats what we need....THE ONE MAN....

We are screaming our lungs out to get back on defend but they cant hear us from 1000 meters away...Raptors need a leader within the group, a coach on the floor..a figure the whole team gets motivated by when he roars out "lets move it"...unfortunetly we dont have one...Till the day we get one...till the day the leader steps up and takes the responsibility to lead...we will suffer, we will have sleepless nights...the frustration will carry on...

Raptors are good offenders and thats why they get punished...we need good defenders and its within us to bring it out and someone on the team have to trigger it...

Chris good step up and act like KG...but i havent seen it in him...his goal is to put up numbers and get a max contract next year...and thats not helping him or the team...A team leader is mor attractive than a team scoring leader....

Mentioning KG as a solution is a joke.

Word you are looking for is CLUE
Raps seem clueless out there, wandering aimlessly. Overwhelmed and suppressed.

New players coming to Raptors look like thay know how stuff works. Jarrett was a vocal leader on defense, Hedo did the right moves to win on both sides. Wright was actually playing the part of a playoff contender starter.
They all lost the clue and don't know what to do anymore

I don't think that would solve everything but he's what the TS suggests the Raptors lack.

I personally think it's not necessary to have such a player on the floor per sť, as long as there is commitment and communication. The big motivator so to say can be a role played by the coach too imo. It's his job really

The whole team is inconsistent in scoring. Jose, Bargnani, and Hedo will be hot one game, and be stone cold the other game. What do you want Bosh to do, not score. He has been the one of the few consistent players on this team. He'll give you twenty points a game and he'll leads the league in free throw attempts. One of the team's weakness is rebounding, you don't want Bosh to give 10 boards a game. This team needs players to produce and give effort, and the only players that I see that give it on a nightly basis is Bosh and Amir Johnson. Don't hate on a player who has produced to what the team has asked from him.

I agree. This is Bosh's downfall. I wish he would make Bargnani cry on the bench like KG did to big baby.

I don't even know anymore... most of our guys played well yesterday, and we still lost. I'm just depressed right now and waiting for the next game... I guess.

although your right, Bosh has been consistant, Look @ the number of touches he gets compared to Hedo, Caldy and Bargs. Far more, so naturally he finds his rhythm easier and put up more baskets.

Bosh has a serious problem with refusing to pass out of double teams. and we already discussed his obsession with settling for jumpers...

so you're saying once the team has a VOICE"...Authority figure...motivator and a dictator that Hedo would have hit his 3's that he missed? How about Atlanta? they don't need an authority figure.

Joe Johnson and Bibby are the authority figures for that team...

He's got more points i the paint than anyone in the league. That's a pretty odd obsession you're seeing.

HE is our franchise player...he is also the captain....but a leader can lead you to the promise land...make decisions with confidence....i just finished watching the atlanta vs Raptors game...i got this wierd feeling that something big is about to happen....a huge trade or a huge fire....marc was brought in as a back up in case jay wasnt doing good...marc was BC's first choice and gave triano a chance..but his voice hasnt motivated the team...

Really? I have the feeling that nothing of the sort will happen.

As i said the craziest, most blockbuster thing we'll see in the near future is a change to the starting lienup.
