Default The truth about the Nets

The media, the coaches, the players and the fans do their best to hype every thing about the playoff. Listen to all those analysts when they argue about their prediction to a specific series, listen to this heroic music before every game and listen to those fake threats from many players and GM's - fuck the net -and as a result of that, the truth gets lost among all those mountains of hype.
The nets claim that they lost some games so they can play against the Raptors and Raptors claim that they are ready for the Nets. As a Raptors fan since the begining of this franchise, I can assure you that the Nets are not the team they pretend, this is a team that does not have an identity, they do not have an inside game, but they also do not have an outside game, it is all position by position, no communication, no scheme, but lots of pretensions.
How about the Raptors ?
A team that plays as a unite, they share the ball, create spaces, and many of the players play within their role, a team that has a very under-rated center but his role in the team is not as it is supposed to be.
Now, what happened ?
The Nets did one thing to look as a good team, they took the Raptors out of their game, they kept them far from their identity, all of a sudden the Raps are not sharing the ball as they used to do, they are not moving without the ball as they used to be, and the flows go on.
Game 1, the Nets achieved their goal to a great deal of extent, but in Game 2 the Raps could handle the pressure and could regain some of their identity.
Now, comes game 3, this is the game that might be the cornerstone of this series, the team that will win this game, will win this series. It is up to the Raptors to regain their identity fully, or to keep the fake picture of the Nets shining.

hardly...

I wouldn't be surprised if we split the games in NJ too. First game crowd helps NJ to a win. Raps get their shit together finally and cut down on TO and win game 4.. is that that hard to imagine?

In my heart, I believe that we deserve to win this series, but there is one thing this young, unexperienced team must do : remove the fear from its heart and play its game.
