Default Toronto has gotta show some balls. We have potential.

We beat Dallas, San Antonio, Lakers, Atlanta, Orlando, and Cleveland this season. That's 5 out of 9 contenders(if you're including the Spurs). Denver, Utah, and Boston are the other three left to beat.

We have also have won against Miami, Charlotte, Milwaukee, and Houston, who all have better records than us this season so far.

Our record isn't where we expected it, but atleast at the end of the season we can say Toronto beat a decent amount of championship teams.

I didn't mean it about anything towards the playoffs. We obviously aren't going to the finals. I meant its good that we have enough potential to beat contending teams. The Raptors just need to leave it all out on the floor and play like they care like today.

It's just the regular season. Those teams play 10 times better in the playoffs. I don't see us beating those teams in the playoffs

Feels like when the pressure is on they can actually come with the energy and win. Remember Hedo hitting the game winner in Washington just after BC laid down the lecture, and today after losing 5 in row, going belwow .500, they knew they had to come out with more intensity and prove they can win. So the potential is there, they just dont play hard consistently. Its all about how badly they want to win, and against atl looked like they wanted win it badly.

what are record against winning teams and losing teams, that says more than 6 quality wins

this team should be better the only chance we have is if our team has confidence otherwise it will be a sweep against the top 4 in the east

geting in with a 5th or 6th seed is paramount, even staying out of 8th will give us a better chance

Id be fine with the 7th seed. The Magic are the best choice for the Playoffs.

I'd rather play Cleveland. I really don't feel like losing to VC & Superman. We'll lose to both teams in 5 anyway.

Yep we will loose. But we cant defend James. He could drop 50 in every game. And thats scraes me.

If we have the chance to foul out Howard, theres a chance to beat the Magic.
Lewis and Carter r nothin without superman in the middle.

ID say 5 games vs. Cleveland and maybe 6 or 7 games vs. Orlando...

Orlando would destroy us. As for Cleveland, we've played pretty good in all 3 meetings this season and they're more of a half court team which imo suits us way better. Plus like i said, i really don't want to lose to another VC team.

The Cavs had no Jamison two times vs us.
And LeBron will step up in the Playoffs. Hes better than VC and Rashard together.

And in Orlando is everything bout Dwight. Theyre nothin without him.

If you actually want to face Lebron, you are nuts!! He will step it up, he's not losing in the first round to the RAPTORS? Haven't you seen his other playoff performances? Detroit anyone?

I can see us winning a first round, just not against the Cavs. Ever. It's very possible to win every home game against the Magic. It would be cool to have a Hedo-Carter match-up. Both would step it up to show up their former teams. Hopefully, we can go six games against them. All I hear is the Hawks are young and athletic, but I think we can go to six games with them also.

Best options:

1. Magic

2. Hawks

3. Celtics

4. Lebron

Raptors suck when we go on a hot streak, and seem to step it up when we are about to hit the bottom.

is being mediocre a comfort spot for this team?
