Raptors Top 5 most promosing backcourts

Quote:
#5 – Darren Collison & Paul George, Indiana Pacers
#4 – Eric Bledsoe & Eric Gordon, L.A. Clippers
#3 – John Wall & Nick Young, Washington Wizards
#2 – Ray Felton & Wes Matthews, Portland Trail Blazers
#1 – Russell Westbrook & James Harden, Oklahoma City Thunder

Honorable Mention:

Jerryd Bayless & DeMar DeRozan, Toronto Raptors – Definitely the hardest duo to leave out of the top five, but their untapped potential still outweighs their tapped potential a little too heavily. While Bayless floated around a little bit this early in his career, he seems to have found a home in Toronto, where he'll undoubtedly take the helm whenever Jose Calderon moves on from the team. He and DeRozan, one of the most freakish athletes in the league, are really exciting to watch together, and their collective youth means they'll be together for a while. That's a good thing for the Raptors.

collison and george counted ahead of jb and 'delissio' just shows the lack of respect the Raptors get.

Felton and Matthews? Really? I think Felt has already reached his full potential...

I remember Felton was just racking up the stats in the first couple months with New York. Him and Stoudamire were raping teams.

Felton is good, but as Dark Knight, he already showed everything he got.
27 years old, it's gonna be his 6th. season in the NBA, 4th. NBA team.
Wes Matthews just finished sophomore year, but he was old rookie. 25 years old and hes more a defensive player and definitely lacks ISO offense.

People expect a lot from them now, thats why they are ''promising''. They are not potential-promising like Bayless/Demar, who are promising in long-term run, and who are far away from their prime.

what's that got to do with it..... they were playing with anthony randolph, timofey mozgov, andy rautins, ronny turiaf, tony douglas, landry fields, bill walker, etc.....

If Bayless can become as good as Felton, we'll be fortunate.

Yeah Rautins and Randolph played a Ton? Landry Fields was a top 3 rookie last season and I suppose that Galinary didn't play during that time.

Forgot about gallinari... but, coming in to the season there were still questions about his back, landry was a huge surprise, and randolph had been hyped for years.... rautins did play early on.... azubuke was injured.... but the rest of that list is pretty abysmal. I'd say anywhere near .500 is damn good, even promOsing

How about Wilson Chandler? Gallinari, Chandler, Fields and Ronny are solid pieces...

How is Felton overrated? He gets paid less than Calderon and he was a near all-star as a Knick

I really like Jrue Holiday... Evan Turner on the other hand, not so much
