BC has a big year ahead of him, trying to add a few key pieces around Bosh to try and sign him to an extension. Because a year from now if the extension isn't already signed and BC hasn't made the right moves to start contending,Bosh will be 7 months away from being a free agent therefore possibly forcing Colangelo to look to trade him by next years trade deadline depending on their conversations.

BC has to play this extremly smart.I have confidence in what he'll do by the deadline this season and in the summer to make our team better which should go a long way to re-signing CB4!

We really need to get to the second round this year and the 3rd next year so Bosh will want to stay. If we only get to the 1st round I can see him leaving

Odom and Marion are the only players worth considering but they have passed their peak sometime ago and will be worse what they are right now. Raptors need a SG/SF with leadership skills.
