Bosh back in business

Quote:
"The thing I love about this team is we stayed with it," Bosh said. "No matter what happened, we continued to stay with the planned defence and keep taking those shots because those shots we normally make. We just have to continue to pat each other on the back a little."
Humps comes up big

Quote:
"If you look at it, when you're not playing a lot it's difficult. You always have the confidence to know you can make a shot, but to get in that rhythm during a game is tough. For me I have to be ready to play. It's not everyone's favourite role not knowing if you are going to play or not, but I guess you have to deal with it and try and produce."

Raptors' stingy defence scuttles Rockets

Quote:
With nine minutes to go in a tight game, Tracy McGrady rose from the Houston Rockets bench, ready to come back and win it.

At the same time, Carlos Delfino got up from the Toronto bench, ready to meet the challenge presented by McGrady, preserve a six-point lead and win the game with as much substance as style.
Raptors' Humphries has game, just ask him

Quote:
"We think he's got it in him," said Sam Mitchell, the Toronto coach of Humphries. "The thing about it is just him understanding what we need. Hump's a young player. He's 22 years old. Sometimes he wants it all."

Bosh returns with a bang

Quote:
"I thought Chris Bosh, just his presence, just opened things up," head coach Sam Mitchell said. "But it was just a good team win. Our bench scored 45 points, our depth bailed us out."

Bosh awakens Raptors in time

Quote:
"It's not the beginning of the season now," Bosh said. "So I feel that I had a lot of confidence coming in, and once I play, I remember - my body remembers. It just took me a couple minutes. I felt I had a good hard practice [Saturday], and I felt I was ready to roll."

Rockets blow second-half lead, fall to Raptors

Quote:
"I feel this is the worst game I ever had in my career," Yao said. "When we played on the court, no intensity, no patience, no (adherence to the) game plan, don't know our game, don't know their game, no trust (of) each other, no defense.

"I hate this game. I hated it. It's all on us. Us. I'm one of us."
