Raptors fans are so fickle.

At the beginning of the season Bosh sucked, Parker sucked and was done, Moon was great, Bargs was destined for greatness...

Next trend - Bosh is good, Parker's great, Moon sucks, Bargs is a bust...and so on and so forth.

i dunno... i've always been a TJ supporter.
i have always defended him, and loved him on this team...
i still do like the guy, i enjoy watching him play.

but when it all comes down to it, there is absolutely no excuse for some of his decision making over the last little while.
to see our PG run the clock down to 4 seconds left on the shot clock and then hoist a 3 point prayer or hog the ball for 3 possessions in a row irks me beyond control...

and its even worse seeing these things come at a time where we are playing our worst ball of the year.

i dunno, i guess i need to calm down a bit.. you guys are right... i should take a step back and breath...

sorry if ive been agressive or negative.

Doug Smith - the voice of reason...

Quote:
Lots of T.J. angst out there, and more than a little hate. Yes, he wasn’t very good dominating the ball in the fourth quarter; yes, he should have got the others involved more often; yes, he took some crazy shots. No, he wasn’t particularly good, as you’ve heard both Sam and AP hint at.

But there can be a balance, and when he finds it, it’ll be like last season when, if you all recall, pretty darn good and so was the team.

Right now, it’s a struggle but the first step in rehab is admitting you’ve got a problem and maybe last night was that step.

And there has to be some change in style; it's not like there are any other options this season. Jose's not playing particularly well and it's not like there's anywhere else to turn. Fans can only hope something clicks, or Sam gets to TJ to change -- just slightly -- his ball dominance at crunch time. -

Benzo your right I come on here to vent. I pick an area that requires help for our team to succeed. I don't hate TJ as a person, hate is a powerful word its his game that I don't like. However, do I hate his game and the majority of fans feel that way.

My job is to point out how all of you bitches are using this last PAINFULLY OBVIOUS display of poor PG play from Ford to mask the fact that you have all been busting my nuts for having seen this last year already.

It's my job to say, it's ok to admit that Superjudge is the last word on all issues.

It's ok to kiss the hand of the Jackal master.

If no one here can see that TJ has talent then fine.

I think what makes most fan irrate is the fact that he's not using his talent to the best of his ability and I think some fans have lost patience. For me personally, it's not his skill set that upsets me. Not at all, I think his set is perfectly complimentary to our team.

What upsets me is his decisions on the court. Is this over compensating for things (i.e. the quality of the team etc) maybe. But I think this is were most Rap fans have a problem with TJ.

At least this is the case for me personally.

Me too.

I don't disagree. the worst thing would be for TJ to never realise his potential to totally dominate by taking a back seat sometimes. He's good, but man, could he ever be great.

There are so many players who have the physical talents, but lack the mental aspects, and i really hope TJ snaps out of it doesn't become one of those guys.
