If BC goes, he needs to take his whole staff with him along. Triano Stefanski & the rest of the guys.

I only keep the coaching staff as it is.

Its almost like everyone here knows exactly what hes thinking, and that hes given up this offseason and just going to sit the rest of it out now that Nash is gone.....
so u tell me what he is thinking or facts tell us!

he draft T.Ross which has no value for this team,he sign a 20M offer sheet to a guy call Landry fields who shot 50% free shot all season long,he try to land Nash without any defensive 2 and 3 behind and you call this is a plan?

a plan without any long term planning...pure!

Stefanski will be our next GM, MLSE or Bell/Rogers won't have a clue what else to do. At the very least in the short term he would be imo. He has experience and i'm thinking he's probably on a cheap enough contract.

Who knows what Colangelo was thinking when he made that offer, was there possibly another reason why he made that decision. Summers not over, let him do his thing AND THEN judge. Just minutes ago, he traded for lowry, who knows what else he has plan. Can we all just take a step back and see the big picture instead of putting a microscope on everyone of his moves...

I like Fields.

I like Lowry.

I like the look of JV.

Ross..... eh. I'll keep an open mind... we'll see.

Now if only he would deal Bargs...

See post above you...way way too quick to judge Jeffb included. I respect that you are the first to at least say you may have been too fast to judge.

The Nash move was nonsense. Period. I'm just thrilled it didn't work out. And now onwards with an actual blueprint please.

Of course it was. BC would have been shot if he hadn't at least tried to look like he was trying to get him. He's maneuvered free agency AND the fans very well during this process.

If he's doing his job based on the opinion of fans, then he's not doing his job. I will give him the benefit of the doubt though, and suggest that maybe ownership insisted on going after Nash.

says who? It's all conjecture and speculation. And I never stated he made moves to appease the likes of you and me but made moves for the good of the team. Part of being good for the team is ensuring the fans are somewhat happy with their team since it's the likes of you and me and everyone here that keeps paying their salaries. It's naive to think none of the reactions were not taken into consideration - not with influencing decisions but how the decisions and direction will be presented to the fans. It's just good entertainment business. Just saying.

I'm sure someone will post "Fire BC, getting Lowry is a huge mistake"

:cookie:

I wonder where are those Nash lovers and criticized Colangelo for something that is out of his control.

I know I felt very bad for the team when it looked like they were operating on the basis of grabbing headlines. At this point, after all the pain, I want nothing less than heading towards long term stability and success. There has been enough veering off course over the years. No more please, for any reason.
