Default Thoughts On CB4's Right Hand Man

Not sure who the guy is that runs Bosh's website, but this cb4_admin guy isn't winning over fans at the RealGM in Chris' behalf. Considering the circumstances and how sensitive fans are towards Bosh right now I really don't see what this guy is trying to accomplish. The funny part of the whole thread is that many members are convinced its Chris actually posting with the account and not this Hadi character that apparently runs his site.

BTW, all this talk is regarding the ESPN article that Chris is all about his happiness and not so much the money.

This works for Bosh because he gets the most guaranteed money, and for BC because he gets players in return.

This IS how it will work, If the boshter decides to make a move..
This next quote is what I think really got the members are little peeved. Its true and we all know it, but not the thing to say right now.

RealGM is not Bosh's fanbase, It's much larger then a few threads on the internet.

I simply responded to a poster who said Bosh is not worth 25m per year of cap space, but how is J.O at 30 worth 42m over the next 2 years. It's a FACT, im not speaking with emotion. So before you get all rattled, READ what I wrote.
So what do you think? You think he's in the right for defending Chris on such a large community like the RealGM or should of he stayed out of it right now?

In theory your absolutely right, but if you read more of the thread I don't necessarily think this guy speaking in Chris' behalf is the best thing for Bosh right now. I mean, a couple days ago this cb4_admin guy also said that Raptors fans should be more supportive of Bosh because we're lucky to have him and he might now be around for much longer.

I mean come'on .... who says that? Whether you think he's right or wrong, the guy needs to be a little more professional (not Chris, the guy running his site and posting at the RealGM) and becareful what he says in public. Or is anything, atleast create another account if you want to express your opinions.

After reading his posts why does anyone think he is someone Bosh knows. I could just make that name and come here and say that I know Bosh

He runs Chris' website and he is legit and not a hacker.

The guys a clown. I'm surprised cb4 has this guy representing him online to the Raptor fan nation.

The guy has had 3 of his threads locked thats how big of a douche he is. When you're representing a player you should be completely professional and this guy posts 3 of the same threads last night proclaiming CB4 IS BACK WHAT CAN YOU SAY NOW BITCHES? Pathetic.

just playing devil's advocate... say Bosh does want to leave (personally, i think he does) and new york is where he wants to leave to, maybe the best move is to do it proactively: do the deal this summer.

the knicks could make the playoffs or they could miss it. either way, they'll have a decent-to-great pick this summer. collangelo could swing a deal of cb for their expirings, their pick, galliano (he looked really good to me when in the few games i saw) and maybe more. maybe we can dump kapono on them for more expirings if collangelo want to get out of his deal.

we'd be very well positioned going into 2010 with maybe $40MM coming off the cap. that could be used to try and lure free agents or swung around in another deal next deadline.

a problem is that new york owes utah a pick so future picks are tricky.

its not a dream dealt, but is a lot better than the curry+james platter above. i'd hate to see Bosh go to new york but after 2010, we can't control anything.

As far as "toronto can offer the most $", ive heard this isnt really true, under the table dealings are common in non monetary assets such as housing, cars etc etc that could make up for the difference.

as far as the rules are concerned, its true.

houses are cars are pretty easy to catch if they're awarded by teams. you may remember that kendra davis wasn't allowed a paid position on raptorstv as it breached agreements; owners have been stopped from allowing players access to their planes, properties, etc. but there are plenty of other ways to get around it all. and not just player pay -- why does portland's $3MM seem to buy picks that other teams' $3MM can't?

no chance of that happening, if you get caught, it's hell to pay. Remember joe smith, they lost 5 first round picks if I remember correctly. And the thing is, you can't trust the player with a secret like this. For one, you never know when he will get drunk or stoned and might leak this to his buddies. Then, what if he gets disgruntled for whatever reason (think marbury). Finally, what if after his career ends, he starts writing a book or something. Even if it's revealed after 20 years, I think Stern would still drop the hammer hard.

not to mention that in CB4's case we're talking almost 30 millions in difference, that's a lot of cars and houses (especially in the US market ... ).

now that I can see happening, if allens start offering free windows licenses and lifetime XBox Live memberships ...
Seriously though, between owners it's different, there you have only business people, who know how to keep a secret.
