Hmmm ... if everyone's so convinced Bosh is going to sign elsewhere in the summer of 2010, then I hope the hell BC deals him next season at some point and we then can just move on.

It's 05-06 all over again. Remember when it was speculated that Bosh was going everywhere. Even Phil Jackson got fined for making comments about the Lakers' interest in Bosh.

oh man, i love how everybody thinks Bosh just wantes to get the hell out of here. People around the NBA all think that Bosh is leaving and he hates it here. They ever think for a second that maby he likes toronto? and that maby this year is only a little bump in our road to the Finals

"If" he says he's leaving, which by the way will have to be made clear to Brian in the summer. But if he says to Brian that he isn't staying, trade him this summer. You don't want to wait until just before next years trade deadline because you won't be dealing from a position of strength. Most teams would say, fuck it i'll take a shot at him in a few months when he's a free agent.

exactly, Bosh is a classy guy, and im certain he will tell BC this summer whats up, we wait til then and move from there, to make a rash move without the info now would be more then foolish, it could be franchise suicide.

where is this day i said he is trash?? I have said he isnt a go to guy, but that's far from being trash, in fact, i made the standing up for Chris thread just recently and defended him non stop.... o well. I have had problems with the role we have given him, because i think it is unreasonable, but i have no problem with Chris or his game whatsoever.

However, back in 05-06, there was lot of speculation about Bosh's future. Everyone under the sun figured he would be a goner at the end of the year. What changed all of that? The arrival of Colangelo.

You get rings for making it to the ECF?

Lebron isn't going to re-sign in Cleveland. He'll be in the NY area in a couple of seasons. The league NEEDS a star in that area. The NBA will make a big push for him to land there. Just like how they rigged the NBA draft in 85 so Ewing would end up in New York.

LeBron is the one that will make the final decision, he has a good unit in Cleveland and i dont see any reason they cant compete for along time there. Or even attract a bigname when they have more $$$.

Also, leaving behind that much $ when the CBA is going to be renogiated soon and the max is going down just isnt good business. I think most of the bigname FAs will resign max for max years, then decide on the future down the road. 2010 is going to be like Y2K, all hype.

they don't rig drafts. Why didn't they rig it so Miami would get LeBron or NYK/Detroit? instead he went to Cleveland, not one of the biggest markets in the league.
