if Anthony Davis is not the next KG, i'll be a sad panda. maybe he won't taunt opponents doggie style. but he seems to have the talent to do everything else KG used to do, even passing.
i think he could end up the best PF in this league.

there's a ton of young talent at PF right now but all of them are flawed. Love, Blake are short-ish and will likely always be defensively challenged. Bosh seems to have peaked. Aldridge is all around awesome but how much better can he get, he's not that young?
Davis could be awesome in every aspect that matters for a PF.

Aldridge is 26... he's just entering his prime. best PF in the league in a couple years.

As much as this is a deep draft, there doesn't seem to be a consensus on any player being a franchise player.

i think Aldridge is the best all around PF in the league right now. at least until Pau and Dirk get back on track.
but he's quite a bit below the typical 'best power forward in the league' that we've grown accustomed to seeing during the last couple decades. Even when you compare him to Dirk-KG-Malone-Chuck-Duncan types at 26, he's not quite there.
Which is my point.
We are at a stage where PF is an extremely deep and talented position, arguably the most talented ever.
But there is no dominant two-way power forward.

Maybe Blake can get there. He's trying to be a shot blocker so much and he's unlikely to ever be even average with those penguin hands. He should focus on playing like Varejao defensively. Do the hard work, bang, move, run back hard, draw charges, flop. He does some of that but he's a long way off.

I counted six "potential" in your list.

Perry Jones is terrible and has no tangible basketball skills.
