Don't know who this is, but this is great to hear. Can't wait until the season starts.

Watched Terrence Ross workout this summer. Jeez man. A REAL talent. And following the work ethic of vets like DeMar and Amir. Look out.

This is why culture is such a big deal.

It creates expectations...accountability.

Hopefully all of our main guys bust their ass this summer and come back better next year...TR and JV most importantly.

This is already one report more than last year we heard of Ross working out lol. Good to know DD's ( and Amirs? Thought from last year he didn't play much bbal in the summer) work ethic is rubbing off.

Ross has all the tools to surpass DeMar and become an awesome wing for the Raps. He just needs to apply himself, in all aspects, from defence to dribbling to shooting, and appears to be doing so.

First he had AA, than Salmons, now its up to him, but there is BC looming

its all about motivation, he probably has seen BC's workout and has understand that he has to work hard to not fall behind the BD.

Nice to hear this.

I think his handles are a lot better than we think. He just needs to develop a better first step towards the basket and be a more confident scorer.

if he can just get stronger, that would be amazing. we can always switch ross and demar between the 2 and 3 depending on opposing matchups on defense.

That playoffs performance probably pissed him off aswell. If even a shadow of himself showed up we win that series.

He IMO has the best natural tools on the roster. Whatever that means. :therock:

his handles are smooth, needs to develop the left hand a bit more, and overall confidence.. Demar is a good example, his first few years he was just a slasher to the rim, now he creates off the dribble.

give Ross that and confidence he is dangerous. That 51 pt game he look like he had everything lol, defense, jump shot and handles ...

His all around skills are there, he just needs to develop them to a higher level and then apply them with some bball IQ and he can be an all-star.

The playoffs were a wake up call. I didn't like the shrugging the playoffs and saying he wanted the Nets beforehand. It meant he was delusional about what it would be like. He saw how much the fans wanted it, the wild environment that he admitted he had never seen before in his life. If getting spanked like that in that environment doesn't motivate you, what will?

They definitely learned a lot in the playoffs and losing to the nets made them real hungry.
They're coming back with a fire in their belly.

Except Bruno, he has ice in his belly :jack:

2nd year player, first time in playoffs.

He hasn't got a "killer" mentality but he def doesn't have a lazy personality either. He'll be ok. Got all the skills necessary to be a very good player.

The best thing i saw from him last season was soft hands finishing at the rim, in traffic. He scored quite few lovely floaters and push-shots.

Coming out of college, he was known to just glide some games. All I want to see from him is consistency. Dropping 13 ppg and playing solid D and I'll be thrilled

by third year? I want 15.

demar 21
lowry 17
ross 15
val 13
amir 12
GV 10
PP 10
BC 5?
LW 5?
garbage points for the rest

that's 98 points per game before garbage points. I think we can do that, can't we?

Wasn't he close to 14 ppg as a starter in Ross

Ross and Jonas are two guys both have at least two or three more gears match that derozan and Lowry well it could be a true east power

Going to be hard to get 15 a game when you don't get enough opportunities to score. I think 13 is solid gorva 3rd/4th option. His consistency is want I desperately want to see
