Default Team gets on track, Dede becomes a hero, but....

So last night I'm watching the game, and did they not look pretty damn good in the first half???

Bosh was deferring to other players, and everybody was being aggressive. Bosh was talking on defense like the leader everyone wanted him to be, and they were hanging tight with a very good Atlanta team. He looked a lot like Garnett, not looking to score the ball, but he was a factor by just being on the court.

Even when Bosh went to the bench, we were hanging tight with other players stepping up.

Atlanta started to pull away a little bit...and then all of a sudden, instead of Bosh going back in the game when we're down 17 before half,

Triano tries to make "a statement" by keeping the guns on the bench and going with a Rasho/Pops frontcourt!!! Maybe he wasn`t making a statement and actually thought going with a 11 man rotation was going to be a solution.

The team looked ready to play last night, I really enjoyed what I saw in the first quarter.

Then I had to head out and I missed the second half.

I just couldn`t believe Triano threw in the towel down 17 in the first half, because it isn`t like our starters weren`t fighting. They were.

Triano is a nice guy, but what a dolt. He had so many games to make a statement by benching somebody, and then he chooses to do it in a game where it looked to me atleast like we were playing some good TEAM basketball.

And Derozan taking out Horford under the same net that Horford took out TJ the game after Bosh got taken out by a hard foul for the second game in a row.
=Instant Raptor Hero.

I love how he handled it by just walking to half and waiting for Horford to shoot his shots. Hiding a half smile while some Atlanta faithful gave him some choice words.

I only saw the first quarter as well. DeRozan definitely gave it to Horford.

I watched the game too and i didnt' see Bosh doing anything of value in the second quarter while other guys like Johnson and DD and even Rasho were.

They finally went zone and actually did okay but Atlanta was hot last nigth and bailed themselves out on 3 successive possessions for an 8-0 run.

Guys, no one did shit this game, everyone was a joke. Turk had 8 points in like 3 min and then barely got the ball back. People need to be benched

Oh and what hte fuck was triano doing putting weems, pops, rasho on the floor at the same time...

Derozan definitely has balls unlike the rest of our team. He dropped Garnett midcourt the first time we played boston this year.

DD seems like a nice kid, but you can tell hes got a bit of swagger about him, which is awesome.

Triano's looking for answers right now which, twenty games into the season as a head coach in the league is to be expected. I mean, it's not like he should have some answers right? It's not like he's a creative guy, right???

bosh and barganni had fouls, so he played rasho - doubt it was a statement, and if you think it made a difference, you didn't fully realize how BAD we were yesterday.

a d-league team would have won easily.

DD grabbed Horfords shoulder on a near breakaway layup to avoid an easy one, and Horford went into the stands because of his momentum and then gave Demar the death stare.

Completely legal play that Horford blew out of proportion. He woulda done the same, any good player would have.

I didnt see Boshs effect any time during yesterdays game btw. Hawks ate us in the paint in the 1st qtr.

I don't know what game you were watching, but it couldn't have been the Hawks/Raptor game. Raptors were beat before the first half was even over.

Triano was doing nothing more but giving minutes to guys who don't get many minutes, keeping them happy while pretending to make an attempt to get more out of the team in back to backs. He wasn't making a statement. He doesn't do statements.

Thanks for reminding me about that Horford play. I fell in love with the kid on that one. And damn - the sadness of the game made me forget it.
