Default Start Roko/Graham

Roko
Graham
Whoever.
Bosh
O'Neal

Time to shake things up.
Time to get some athleticism in the backcourt.

Things are about to get real ugly.
O'Neal is pissed.
Bosh is confused.
They're one of the best frontcourts in the NBA, and they aren't even getting a chance to win games because of the weakness in the backcourt.

Jose needs to sit down. Parker or Bargnani need to take a seat in exchange for Graham, just because he gets the ball to the net, and he crashes the boards.

Raps need a change, got to shake it up.

Jose started backpeddling toward halfcourt at one point when pressured a little bit outside the arc last night. That's all part of the new system?

Roko still has his balls, that's why.

Did anyone else see the play where Jose couldn't cross over to his left when Ben Wallace hedged on a pick and roll. Bosh wide open, but Jose couldn't see him, pounding the ball with his right hand waiting for Wallace to leave, instead of crossing to his left and seeing the court.

Jose has some serious flaws in his game. NO LEFT HAND!

Did anyone here think J Barea would be having a more effective season than Jose?

Calderon for Barea?
Would Carlisle even go for it?
I don't think they would.

If you're looking to send a message, then yeah, sure go ahead.

I've said it many tinmes before, Roko reminds me a lot of Jose in his first year, even Jack mentioned that last night, and if we're looking to push the ball he's more adept at doing that.

BJJS is right in regards to not having a left hand. It was always masked though by his ability to quickly rind the right player. Alot of Jose's trouble right now is adjusting to being a starter. He's now more of a focal point on the offense and I think he's just trying to adjust to what he's seeing.

Worst idea ever.

Give teams a reason to scout Roko and they'll figure out he has no jump shot. Jose isn't playing badly at all. I have started considering him our leader out there, even over Bosh.

Starting Graham over Bargs isn't the worst idea, but starting Moon or Kapono is a much better idea.

Moon is total crap, back to the dleague, a useless turd who has no handles, courage to drive and jumps at every pump fake available, his inconsistent D and lack of rebounding dont give me a reason to start him.

Roko is kind of like a young Jose, except with way better handles, a worse jumper and more courage, ill go out on a limb and say by the time he is Joses age, he will be a much deadlier PG then him.

We might have one of the best front courts on paper but if you are blaming Parker and Jose for the recent losses...what have Bosh and Oneal and Bargnani done for us lately? Last night's performance by the bigs was pathetic... I would have put Hump in if he were healthy and he would have come away with 20 and 10 in 30+ mins as opposed to those three's sad effort.

Hoping this is sarcasm? Hump? lol dude is a hump on a log, him and Joey together can almost become an averagely intelligent player.

I dont' care about intelligence right now..we're getting blown out of games lately because the team isn't putting forth any effort. Bosh with 9 points? JO with 8? AB with 3 made jump shots and that's it?

I would MUCH rather put Humphries in if Bosh is going to get only 9 points because i know Hump will give some effort and take offense to being beat up on.

And Graham sure made the starting 3 bigs look good last night didnt' he? 17 points with some good hustle and as good a defence on Lebron as a person with a Raps jersey on could play.

hehe , im prob the biggest Joey supporter on this board, the one saying he would have a breakout year and become a major contributor, if he had a brain tho, he could be a 2nd or 3rd tier star.

Roko has balls. Really? The guy that stands around looking like a chick with his hands on his "hips"! This is stupid Joey isn't a starter in this league and Roko is barelly a Backup!I can kinda see Joey starting, even though he isn't good enough. But Roko? No Fuckin way!

Jeff, dude, I question your knowledge sometimes and I'm doing it now. He's actually been pretty damn steady and I would argue that last night he and Joey were possibly our best players on the court. Roko is damn good player and is better than a lot of back ups there. He's a good defender, makes good decisions and is pretty quick when entering the lane. His only hitch is he can't shoot for the life of him. Go to a game and watch him warm up as I did. He hit ONE of TEN shots. He's terrible and I think he knows it.

And this "chick" reference. What the hell are you talking about? I've seen a lot "dudes" do that as well. Easy on the sexist comments.

I think Roko has courage to go to the hole, way moreso then Jose, he has better handles aswell. He isnt as crisp a passer and his shot is nowhere close, but those are things he can definately work on, and learn from Jose (or Nash :P) about, he will be a diamond in 4 years, book that!

So he can't shoot at all and isn't a very good passer. And people question why i don 't want him to start? He's got potential. He's not a starter and he won't be for a few years imo unless, Jose goes down with an injury which would be a disaster!
