Overachieve, play the young guys a tonne, let them learn some BBIQ and develop into a decent core of talent for years to come. Make the 8th seed and prove the doubters wrong, then lose in 6 games and get a taste of the playoffs so you're hungrier for the next year.
Great post. Hoping to build from the draft is too risky (Clippers?). Not to mention how poor this year's draft class will be. Finishing with a better at least sells some FA a prospect of playing with a young team that has potentially and already overachieved.

I wouldn't say being Bargs is a bad thing considering his numbers. He's he has flaws but still.

Motiejunas should really be compared to Toni Kukoc.

Yes Valanciunas is a better prospect in my opinion. You can tell he will physically be huge in several years. With a lot of luck he can be the next Illgauskas. Needs to work on his offense though, especially the short jumpshot.

Anyone have ESPN insider... interested to see article from yesterday Stock Watch: Motiejunas on the rise

Playing for a top team in Europe and just recently dropped 19 points in 26 minutes. Maybe I was wrong about him.
