I know a lot of people are in love with Drummond but to me he doesn't pass the eye test, when he plays he doesn't seem the threat that Jonas is could be wrong could just be me

when you see Dwight his first year you knew he was force, I just don't buy it with Drummond I guess I have to see more of his games to really judge

I'd venture to say that if we did have Drummond, MU would be more inclined to do a full rebuild.

A Drummond/JV frontcourt would've been scary for years.

Indeed and that would've been better. You just don't pass up on a chance like that.

TR needless to say has been horrible when he has played this past season.

That's what's so great about Detroit's situation. Monroe and Drummond, but with cap space. A pretty good place to start.

And I like Ross...but still.

Could've easily drafted Drummond and traded down to wherever to get Ross and more.

Makes no sense.

he can't shoot, neither can howard
his post game is not that bad for a 19 year old though, especially considering his reputation of being very raw

the reason I like him so much is because I can't remember a player like him, so massive and yet so quick, with super long hands too. He could be a better defensive player than Howard imo, and there is almost nothing as valuable as that, short of a lebron type of talent.

I'd take Howard's best season over Durant's, because it's a lot easier to build a winning team around DH's defensive dominance.

yeah, and he may return to that, but the injury really slowed him down, he was unrecognizable this season.

you think he was fleeced on those deals? Marbury was just as big as Kidd and both had major character issues. It was a bad trade because it didn't work out, but nobody looked at the trade while it was happening saying it was a steal.

as for the other deals you mention, they barely qualify as trades, mostly salary dumps or S&T. It's like saying the Bosh for two late 1sts was a bad trade ...

Lebron, Durrant, Howard.. I highly doubt he will be that good! IMO there is too much hype around him. I could be very wrong, but I guess time will tell

Marbury wasn't as big as Kidd, but his issues were bigger. GM's are supposed to check these things out, and BC didn't because he was a poor GM. Yes he was fleeced.

The other two weren't salary dumps or S&T. Belinelli was on his rookie contract, and the 1st BC traded for Johnson was from the Bosh deal. BC managed to turn that into Telfair if you follow the chain, so BC fleeced himself and the Raptors. BC was a lousy trader and only interested in getting his name in the headlines for making trades. He was a lousy GM.
