What a little bitch! (I'd still love him on my team though)

Stephen Jackson's comment after the game:

It was probably said immediately after the game in the heat of the moment. I'm sure they're still friends. Because if he wasn't spiteful he'd also realize that we're now a team of shot blockers too. (i.e. JO, Bargnani & Moon)

Interesting, because we hurt them with our long range shots but we swung the momentum our way by driving it the hoop. Also, a member of Golden State saying all they do is shoot is laughable.

Still, Stephen Jackson would be AWESOME here.

The guy's an ass.

I still don't know why in OT he intentionally fouled Jose twice in a ten second span and fouled out when there was 30 seconds left and they were only down six.

Would we want Stephen Jackson here?
He's actually shooting..lower than 40% in his last games but is getting points. But remember, he can shoot you right out of it(As well as into it)

I would ... he make its happen on offense although he can be a chucker at times. He's goes to the rim hard meaning he gets to the free throw line often and he's good defender especially on the perimeter.

I'd prefer Al Harrington.

For the $2 to $3 million per season less than Al, I'd take Jackson any day over Harrington.

Well taking that into consideration..Maybe Smitch can slap Stephen into some sense and stop him from chucking?

Well the thing that bugs me is..40%- shooting. Anyone can get 26 points a game if they take 23 fga a game. He's better than just anyone offensively but he just needs to stop taking the low percentage shots that drive people crazy. Even if he makes it but judging from the percentage, just not worth the risk.

Flash, I agree and disagree but this is also a guy who contributed big time to San Antonio winning not too long ago. He's a better player than Jamario and Al Harrington and he's a chucker b/c of the offense that he plays in. Put him in a half court set and he would be that nice difference maker

I know there's still some hope with that and I wouldn't mind him here if he stopped chucking. But is it worth the risk pairing JO and Stephen up again? :2gunsfiring::rasta::aargh::aargh::aargh::aargh::a argh::aargh:
Hahaha.
But if he'd stop chucking then I'd love him here.

Jackson is a thug...

I'd still love him here too, but he's a fucking thug. That foul he got on Calderon (his 6th) was very telling.

Frustration... I was pretty sauced by that point in the game, but I sat court-side at mid-court for the opener last night, and Jackson was ticked about that call, or perhaps an earlier call that I missed, and he issued his thoughts on the call towards the ref before the ball was checked back in. He remained displeased as the ball was tossed to Jose again and spread his arms out and yelled not touching him to the ref and than literally a second later gave Jose the second foul...

Sweet seats.

I realized he was frustrated with the officiating, but I just thought he should've been able to use a little more common sense and restraint as they weren't out of it yet.
