Novitski is a great player but a pOor rebounder he had 35 nd 1 rebound ..I agree though Bargs can definitly put more effort nd practice in boxing out nd lookin for the ball

You'll probably say, he'll get burn by any SF, but the reality is: He is getting burn at any position!! We have two young shot blockers who play better D and rebound!! Sonny is not producing, so temporary solution = Bargs at SF!!

Discuss...
except that we'd start complaining about his perimeter D when most of the guys he's guarding are about half a foot shorter which makes them about 10 times faster than him and he gets blown by every play so there has to be help D every play, then the lane on offense is so clogged because there's 3 bigs and so he just stands at the 3 point line jacking up shots and we complain that he doesn't drive

YES!!!
make him our 6th man, back up C or PF or w/e
i'm sure he'll be better against opposing back ups.....but then again with Bargs its never a sure thing

If Bargs plays at SF, we must use zone defense ALL THE TIME.
Nothing else to say. lol

Anybody posting on this thread think Amir or Davis want to be playing major minutes at the C? There is a reason they were guarding Bosh, and not Dampier.

Horford is complaining about playing C for fuck's sake.

Wouldn't mind

SF Amir
PF Bargnani
C Ed Davis

whats worst then possibly loosing more and getting a good draft pick, putting the "franchise" player in his natural position, and giving a good prospect rookie more play time !

on offense i could see an amir/bargs/davis lineup work where Bargs plays as SF, amir as PF and davis as C

but on defense it would be an epic fail because we'd have a seriously slow D that wouldn't be able to rotate or stay in front of them men, but heck, this team can't do that period

At least if he get burned, Davis and Amir play help D and can block some shots!! When Bargs is at C or PF, he never helps. He always sticks with his man and people keep scoring in the paint!!

We have nothing to lose! The season is lost already! Play Ajinca at backup C to see if he is a keeper or not!! It's all about showcasing talent right now!!

I would like to hear the intro: "At SF, 7' tall, from Italia numero sété, Andrea Barganiiiiii!!!!!"
