Smitch>>>Reporters who act like they are part of management but in reality have crap low paying jobs: grange, Koreen, wolstat, that annoying espn guy etc... Respect for Paul jones and Eric Smith, 2 guys who know ball.. |

Didn't derozan score 29 points on 28 shots last game? Bargnani had 34 on 20 shots.
Realize it's one game, but those are your main guys and they take the majority of shots as Smitch reiterated. Bargnani won't always put up 17 points on 17 shots, was shooting a good percentage on fewer shots until the Spurs Game. Too good a shooter to have that kind of game and that kind of shooting percentage for the season |

He was shooting .41 FG %, which for a big, isn't that good. After the Spurs game he's now at .386 FG %. thankfully his usage has decreased to 26.8 % (being 28.1 and 28.7 in the 2 previous seasons) but it would be better if that were to go down to 25 %.

it's called going to a website and using google, not that hard really (aka me not using excel). I'm not denying his efficiency in those 3 games. however, he hasn't fared too well on the season, which you can't deny.

To all Barg-haters, if you are going to keep argue about "trade Barg", think about how bad our offense will be w/o Barg. We are currently ranked 17th in PPG and 24th in Points Allowed. If we grant more PT to Ed Davis and let Barg stay in bench, we sure will have less Points Allowed per game (maybe around 20th), but our PPG will drop to the bottom (28-30th). I doubt we can get a decent starting SF from Barg trade anyways.

I'm not a Basketball expert, it's actually my first post here, but just looking at his numbers, Bargnani seems quite expendable.
On the 3 wins this season he has been shooting FG .29%, and averaging only 2.9 rebounds. As I said, I am no expert, but the more i learn about this sport, the less I bear watching him play. |

The main issue is finding the proper role for this guy, not waiting for his ups and downs to somehow make everything work out. Sam said the key thing - he hasn't improved his game in any offseason, and looks to improve his game during the season, which doesn't work. He didn't say it, but that approach also hurts the team terribly. |
