"nelly ball" is pretty simple. I could see Joey doing well in that system. Just like ex2k said, maybe they see potential in Joey just like we see potential in Beli.

I don't think Belli would be any better than Kapono though. We already got the "best shooter in the world", so what is Belli supposed to bring to this team?
Not to mention, Ukic has more quicks than Marcus.

We lose if that deal happens imo
Joey can give this team something different, those two guys would be redundant.

What if we are the only ones bidding, don't we win.

I don't really care anyway I want a starting SG first, then worry about the bench

If you could define "BUST" in this league, the definition would most certainly be Joey Graham.
Really? Not Rafael Arajujo?

I feel bad for the guy that started the post at the RealGM because the mods their are now threatening to ban him soon if he doesn't provide a source.

Golden State consistantly goes smalll. They're always using wing players at the 4.

and

The Raps have used Joey at the 4 quite a few times in his career, it's not a position he's uncomfortable with.

Belli can actually get into the lane.

Think anthony parker about 6 years younger.

You got to get on the floor first to get in the lane.

That's a BIG statement, bredren. Bellinelli has the POTENTIAL to be that kind of player, but I wouldn't put him on the same level as Parker.

Exactly.....

Bring him in, he'll be a real solid player in the right system.

He needs a 'team", not a bunch of guys playing streetball.

I stand by it.

A season under Parker would do this kid wonders.
A season with the Raps the league will be saying how GS got fleeced.

Oh good ol Haffa. Like I've said hundreds of times before - if this were the 1980s or even early 90s, Haffa would have been a VERY servicable player because of his physicality. Sure, he's a gym rat, but he's also a certified cementhead - and that's what prevents him from being on an NBA roster.

Only way we get Belinelli for Joey is if Belinelli is in last stage of terminal cancer... not happening.

That's another reason why GSW won't give up Belinelli for cheap - because there's always a chance he goes someplace else, gets PT and in an environment he's comfortable in and develops into the player they thought he'd be.
