What do you think guys? Agree or Disagree?

2. Chris Paul: Clever, quick and mostly unselfish, Paul is a more explosive scorer than Williams. But Paul isn't nearly as strong as Williams, forces too many shots and gambles too much on defense.

3. Steve Nash: The best at what he does, but with Shaq in town, the Suns' run-amok days are numbered. He's by far a better shooter than Williams or Paul, but his mastery of team defense doesn't compensate for his inadequate individual defense.

4. Jason Kidd: The mileage and scar tissue on his legs have clearly slowed him down. No longer is he a lock-down defender. No longer can he get to the basket at will. Still, Kidd remains unsurpassed in his court vision, the triggering of a running game and his ability to execute lob passes.

5. Chauncey Billups: Can and will do whatever it takes to win: Hit a critical 3-ball, score on a wing isolation or in the low post, make the tough entry pass, come up with a loose ball, make a steal or draw a charge. The most versatile point in the league.

6. Gilbert Arenas and Baron Davis: Both are shoot-first point guards whose assists usually result from thwarted thrusts into the paint. Neither has ever been accused of playing defense.

8. Tony Parker: Another point who has to shoot well to truly be effective. Yes, his remarkable quickness can earn him unexpected layups, but he's also liable to make poor passes after penetrating.

9. Jose Calderon: He's strong and swift, can shoot and finish, can see and deliver, and can even play some defense. The only question is whether or not Calderon can continue to play at an elite-level over the long haul.

10. Andre Miller: Quicker and stronger than he looks. Totally unselfish. Sees the court nearly as well as Kidd. A liability on defense.

Pauls writeup is a joke, and I dont think theres any way you can put Williams infront of him at the moment. Pauls team is better record wise and hes done more with less.

Forces shots? More explosive scorer than Williams? WTF?

I don't necessarily agree with the order, but the top guys are all there. Once you get past six, I think it's pretty much a toss-up.

Putting Arenas and Davis as Pgs is ridiculous. They may be better players than calde and Parker, but not better Pgs.

So what...you're saying he's better than Baron, Gilbert and Parker? Yeah no fan-coloured glasses there

Parker should be higher. As far as I'm concerned, Arenas is a SG, not a PG, so Jose is around where he should be.

His assesment of Jose has him in the top five, he puts him at nine because he is waiting for this not to be the case.

Cowardly.
