I gave him a C.

He had a bit too much sulk factor for a while there, which, for a pro, is not tolerable.

He's a decent player though, I like him.

A

From mid December on he was one of our best players. I remember in mid January when Jose was coming back and we were on fire for weeks prior, Jack Armstrong said "where would the Raptors be without JJ right now?" I have to say when he started the season the first month playing like shit i disliked him alot, but once he got used to his team mates and just got comfortable overall he inpressed me many nights. Solid season and better then i expected. He made Jose Calderon expendable if he wasn't already.

B

He played good but is only a bench player. Sometimes he would start hogging the ball too much. We still need a starting PG

A-
Exceeded my expectations (high to begin with after seeing him wrestle TJ Ford's starting job including a night where he scored 28 + game tier or winner)... In all areas but one: Defense. I thought he was going to be our best defensive stopper after Wright

I like how he runs into the crowd after getting fouled.

He lived up to expectations as a back-up point guard.
Slightly exceeded at times starting a solid B

ill give him B+, i want him to be an A but he wasn't consistent enough. He showed at a lot of times true heart for the game, the sulking is what i did not like

I'll give him a B.

I don't know what it is but there's something I just don't like about Jack...

B-

over-all, i'm a little disappointed in Jack. i was pretty familiar with his game coming out of college and throughout his NBA career so i expected more from him on the defensive end. his attitude and leadership are two things i really enjoy. he isn't shy about saying things that need to be said, i just hope he speaks to the proper channels before he speak-out to the media.

Shot knock down ability...??

He shot 48 FG% and 41 3PT%. Both career highs and he was #1 on the team in 3pt%. In fact he had never shot better then 35% from 3 prior to this season. He was alot more clutch then i expected, in fact i'd say he easily won us 10 games in 4th quarters this season with his agressiveness. Defense i gotta say was disapointing although i still say the system we played didn't help in that aspect and i think many expected more then his track record indicated in that department.

it was more in the begining of the season when he had those 2/7 type games and those kick out 3's weren't falling

Yeah, he struggled the first month. But that was to be expected with him coming off the bench with a whole new team/system. Mid December on he was one of our better players, especially on offense.

I gave him an A. For a bench player who is paid like one, he outplayed the other starting PG and was less of a liability on D than Jose. He was one of the only players who left it all on the court most night, gave a shit when we lost, and played his ass off down the stretch. He also doesn't have a wonky hamstrong that acts up every 5 games and goes on to limit his performance for the next 5.

C+ to a B-

He was one of our better performers. But that does not say much. If he was being graded on a curve then maybe I give him an A.

He performed well, but not great. We had hopes for his defense, but it was only marginally better the Calderon. Really his defense was indefensible.
