Might though, because that trade leaves us thin at PG again- Vasquez/Buycks/Stone.

Vasquez is a very capable PG. The other two are horrid though, that being said that's who we're playing now anyway. Either way, that lineup is not a tank hard lineup.

That would be a nice addition.

Granger is almost guaranteed to be injured for the majority of this season.

Ok, let's trade for a player and hope he's injured

Granger wouldn't make us better at all. The guy is done being a legit top tier offensive player. Maybe if he plays less minutes on a contender he becomes a 6th man candidate but he's so banged up that playing 35+ minutes a night is over for him.

Haahh, you just know he'd come here and average 12-14ppg and we'd win more games then we should. It's the Raptor way. You want to tank, trade DD for Granger and then trade Lowry for a pick + expiring bench player.

He can average those numbers, but the guy, like Rudy, stops offense from happening. So yeah, I'll take him.

Trade DD and Lowry in a package for picks and expiring contracts.

Why did I get a -1 for this? It is unlikely that KL will get a pick on his own and if he did it would be max 15-20. So, I looked at the positive of what that deal entailed - 6.25 million of LF's salary off the books next season.

Not sure, but you should get more -1's for whining about a -1

Yeah, whining was a bit heavy handed. Just saying, the -1's are pointless to give a second thought imo. Just a fun gimmick.

Maybe the person is a Fields fan...

Lowry is talented, but he also has a reputation as being mercurial with coaches and teammates. He stuggles finding the line between being too aggressive and not enough.
so true

I didn't -1 you, but to me a 15-20 pick is much more value than getting out from under what will be a 6M expiring next season.

As much as I hate Lowry random pull up 3pters, I'm going to miss him. He played with so much heart when he was here.
