Reggie plans on playing Wednesday

After missing the season's first 51 games because of a difficult-to-diagnose-and-treat mid-foot sprain he suffered in the pre-season, Evans expects to play against the 76ers — coincidentally, the team he was traded from in the pre-season.

He is not going to be given 25 minutes to start out, but coach Jay Triano thinks it is important to get him in to this particular game.

That's good to hear. Anything he gives us will be a nice boost especially if that comes in the toughness aspect of the game

it's his old team, I read somewhere that they'd probably give him the green light before the break because of that

well finally. pretty curious, never saw him play. hopefully he'll fit right in the rotation and grab some extra possessions on the offensive glass

How did he get injured again? it's been half a season

Reggie is a good safety player when Amir has those over aggressive nights and picks up multiple fouls

Can't wait to see Reggie play on Wednesday, probably only be a few minutes but he'll probably set a record for most fouls in a minute

sounds like a 20 rebound game for him

i think he will struggle a bit...its his first game back after a long ass time. Expect some real silly fouls and maybe turnovers etc.

Good for him. it will be interesting to see how he will fit into the rotation. Im guessing he play the 5 spot for Bargs.

I think Reggie is coming back is due to seeing how well he'll do with all players before going into All-Star Break; BC will be at work during All-Star Break and see if he need to trade anyone (not referring to Reggie being traded) if bringing Reggie back is not work(well Reggie is going to work, i'm talking about other: Caldy) or that's what I think ^_^

I aspect only 7 minutes of play from him. 4 minutes in the beginning of the second and 3 minutes during the end of the 3rd.

Looking forward to seeing some hungry players out there. Even though we are miles better defensively than when the season started, there still are lots of stretches where we aren't getting after it on D. Having a dude like Evans chomping at the bit to get on the court and play hard is a nice luxury.

Who will Evans be paired up against in the front court? Bargs or Bosh? If he makes an appearance with Amir we could be asking for trouble.

just like Amir he'll be paired with either Bargs or Bosh cause they're both scorers
