There is definitely no room for another PF to distribute minutes to. No point unless it's a practise body you're looking for.

We don't even have any roster spots.

Man Im going to miss Evans if he gets signed somewhere else. He should just retire and be our rebounding coach!

I can see him fitting in nicely in bean town. They could use front court depth, after losing out on david west. I suppose Reggie and Bass are similar players, but with the grind that is this season, front court depth will be even more vauleable. Especially on an aging roster like Bostons.

There's no way we re-sign Reggie.

Even if we did actually have a roster spot for him, he's proven to be way too injury prone over the last few seasons, he probably wants too much for too long and we have no need for him.

Either case, we have enough players at both positions. I don't see Reggie coming back unless there is a trade with the players we have (which is unlikely).

Indeed, that argument can go both ways. Since he's not really a shot blocker and is only 6'9" people see him as more of a PF. Since he defends the post very well against bigger players and doesn't have a mid range jumper people see him more of a C.

I'm pretty sure he's a C when it comes to his game and just has a PF body size. In that case I'd classify him because its way better to put someone in a position they play than in a position because of size or rather height

Translation: he's bad at playing C, and he's bad at playing PF.

I actually like Reggie, but he should go sign with a contender - give him a chance at a ring.

If we can sign him for the vet minimum it would be a good deal.. anything higher not really. He would be a great fit with Boston regardless of his role.
