Default Reasons for Bosh to stay

- highest paycheck
- loyalty?

that's all I can think of right now.
(should Raps win 45 and get to 2nd round.. maybe it's different)

anybody have a better one?

highest paycheck.

Artificial Sun in his mansion that is turned on 24/7 like the one in Al Gore's mansion.

Have an agreement with the Raptors to fake an injury and sit out 3/4 of the season while collecting his paychecks and while the Toronto fans think that his injury is real since all the news articles would be falsified.

I can go on but would get a little offhand.

I like to think different than the typical Sheep who thinks this world is one-dimensional.

Bargnani's machismo. Calderon's smile. Turkoglu's facial hair. Colangelo's suits..These are the Raptor's greatest qualities.

Beasley's face looks kinda scary, anyone else see this? But it can be a good asset for the Raptors since he is not the type to dress all pretty to impress that little wet chic sitting down and deciding on which guy is the cutest.

- He doesn't have to worry about all that pesky media attention he'd receive if he played anywhere in the US. YouTube fame is the future anyways: network television is SO 2008.
- He doesn't have to make any tough decisions about which lucrative endorsement deal to accept. Who wants to be in Gatorade or Adidas commercials anyways?
- He can avoid the inevitable ego trip that results from being voted into the All-Star game by the fans. Being selected by the coaches and coming off the bench is so much better.
- He doesn't have to live anywhere near his family. They're jerks anyways.
- Most importantly: the Toronto NBA franchise is called the Raptors, and he kind of looks like a dinosaur.

Reasons for Bosh to stay:
1. Bigger paycheque.
2. Being with one team. The team that put their faith in him to be 'the man'.
3. Living in Toronto (depending how much he likes Toronto)
4. friends on his team (depending on how much he likes his teammates)
5. Bigger paycheque (you're foolish if you think this doesn't trump a lot of stuff).

That's why Bosh would want to stay here.

In the end of the day, i don't think Bosh is worthy of the Max, so if for some reason he doesn't come back, then i will be fine with it. I mean we're not on pace to make the finals or anything... and that's with Bosh on the team. If it ain't the best recipe for success, it won't kill us to try another recipe.

Bigger paycheck- Bullshit, he can get a S&T and get that money anyway, and get the hell out of dodge.

Being with one team- I think that it's all about winning and being with one team means nothing at some point. (7yrs might just be that point)

Living in Toronto- He likes it here, but i don't think he'd mind Chicago, Miami, NY,Dallas,Houston,SA, LA either.

Friends on the team- He has friends all over the league

My verdict: If we don't turn it around and win at least 43-45 games and have a good showing in the playoffs he's a gonner. So in other words, enjoy him while you can.

I don't have a problem if Bosh leaves, in fact if a S&T can get done i pretty much hope for it. As much as i like Bosh, it isn't working with him. He's been surrounded with decent talent the last 4 seasons for the most part, more then Wade in Miami (post championship) and almost as much as Lebron who at this point doesn't exactly have a great team around him imo. But the difference is they've led their teams further then they probably should have gone by making their teammates better. Bosh not so much.

If you truly believe that then I don't know what to say.

The Raps haven't had anything CLOSE to another all-star player to pair with Bosh and THAT's what you need if you're going beyond the first round of the playoffs. Some of our past teams have been good enough to MAKE the playoffs.. but that's it. Once teams have doubled and tripled Bosh who's been good enough to do anything? NO ONE.

What has Wade done without Shaq?

What did Kobe do until Pau and Odom got there?

Lebron is a once in a generation player.... if you're going to compare every player to him then you're going to be disappointed.
