After war, many heroes shows up ... How would you know that Raptors would even get Hibbert if the trade wasn't going to happen? You have to remember that Raptors choose with draft number 8th a bust (Haffa).

Also we made the trade to get us a C, so i think we would have drafted a C and traded for a swing as another option.

I liked Roy Hibbert I talked with a writer from Washington Post that followed his entire career with Georgetown. I had him as who I thought the Raptors should take as their pick. So to say I am surprised and not happy happy for Roy would be a lie he is a great person from all I learned in my research.

I don't expect much from him in his career. I see 14 ppg 8 reb in his best seasons. Not a future All Star.

Not a future all star but those are some generous numbers you gave him TO2. Still too premature to say forsure where Hibbert will be in a couple years. I don't think I'd get too excited about a couple games where he scored 15+ points.

For all we know Jawai is going to take the league by storm in a few weeks once he's cleared to play. Not likely, but you just never know nowadays.

I see Jawai getting 20+ points and 15 rebounds. The we'll trade JO and Bosh and make our team around Jawai. Then all the Pacer fans will feel gay

Sure ... but now we are in the era when GM made the trade that sent away TJ/Rasho/Maceo/Hibbert for JO/Jawai.

the trade has worked out...O'Neal's done his job so far, play post defense and help on the offense.
other players on the team won't step it up though and need to hustle for 48 minutes, thats why the raps only have 13 wins.

did anybody saw hibbert play? I got him in a fantasy league a few days ago, and so far I'm pretty pleased, while he doesn't rebound much, he does block and shoots a good percentage. However, I'm not sure if he's just scoring with dunks, or actually has game around the basket.

In any case, I think we would have selected hickson with our pick, not hibbert.

Ugh, don't remind me about the pick. I'm not upset about not getting Hibbert but it was the fact that there were plenty of players left on the board that would have been great role players. Ryan Anderson, Courtney Lee, Batum, George Hill, Chalmers, Mbah a Moute

meh, hibbert wouldn't have really made a big impact, we didn't need another big man.
i was looking to get CDR or some other good wing players.

I know. CDR was so close to our pick
I hated NJ because of this.
Imagine CDR with Caldy Bosh and JO.

NJ is wasting CDR's talent 0_0

But he wouldn't be with JO, cause we would of traded him to Indy for JO

From what guys on the Pacer forum i sometimes hit up say, they would have been happy just to get Hibbert for JO, they were all sick of him talking for a couple years and not playing, altho they do miss his D, they think the offense actually runs better w/o him in it. Obv you couldnt trade just a pick for him, and many are disappointed in TJ but he has been having small injuries aswell.
