Rasual 5 second Butler

How many inbounds plays has this scrub botched? Seriously sickening and watching it live had the entire ACC on him

Alex 02-12-2012 04:46 PM

This really didn't need it's own thread.

Kirby 02-12-2012 04:49 PM

Rascal?

Bargn88 02-12-2012 04:55 PM

0 minutes played, 1 turnover.

DDUnreal 02-12-2012 04:55 PM

bigmandinky 02-12-2012 04:56 PM

Who's was it?

Kirby 02-12-2012 04:58 PM

you could make a case that it was the ref's fault.

Bill Haverchuck 02-12-2012 04:58 PM

I wonder if Butler bet on the Lakers?

:eekout:

I think BC is paying him to tank, there is no way professional basketball player can be this bad.. :confused2:

No one was open on the floor to get the ball. So technically, it's team's fault for not executing the play.
Would it be better if he just threw the ball anywhere...?
Not a fan of Butler, but i don't blame him on this one..

Honestly I have no idea haven't paid much attention to Butlers game before he came over

Blaze 02-12-2012 05:09 PM

It was about 40 % his fault and 60% Dwyane Casey's fault. He continues to put him in clutch situations despite him being totally worthless and screwing up time and time again. I've been saying it throughout the season, Casey is a dumbass when it comes to rotations, who should be playing and who shouldn't be.

Isn't it kind of the same in the end? We fouled Kobe like a second later and he hit one free throw. We eventually got the timeout we wanted and it was a 2 point game compared to a 1 point game. All that mattered was they took off a second or two off the clock. Those might be big, but very similiar situation and it just ended in an airball.

You get two opportunities as compared to one. Assuming Butler is not absolute shit and does get the pass in or call a timeout, we either take the lead or miss, assuming we miss get yet another chance after they hit freethrows.

This season? Two maybe...

I'm the designated inbounder for my school team, and it's easily one of the hardest jobs in basketball. Sometimes your team-mates just make shitty efforts to get open, so you've got to make a split second decision.

I don't blame Butler too much, Casey shouldn't be bringing him in cold off the bench in those types of situations.

also any momentum that was still there disappeared

I apologize for the quality, using my Iphone and good distance away, but you hear the whistle and just count, and of course you can hear how angry I Was.

I honestly knew it would happen the minute I saw Butler with the ball in his hands.
