Thumbs up Rasho the all-time franchise leader in FG%

Quote:
Nesterovic took care of that Saturday when he went five-for-seven from the field to surpass the 1,000 field goal attempts as a Raptor and thereby qualify for standing in the all-time franchise leader in field goal percentage.

Nesterovic’s mark of .545 easily surpassed Miller’s mark of .509 knocking the Big O off the perch he has held for far too long.

“I’ve got no comment on that,” Nesterovic said laughing following practice on Monday.

“But I played with Oliver when I was in Minnesota.

“We’re pretty much the same height and the same weight.”

Nesterovic actually had about three inches on Miller in height and gave way — by at least 70 pounds— in the weight department.

Sorry Rasho, but it's a sad day when Oliver Miller's name is taken out of the record books.

no.... wait.... he'll always have 'fattest raptor'.

congratulations Rasho!

don't forget the record for:

raptor to have leo rautins say how great his hands are more than a dozen times in any quarter of basketball.

don't worry oliver, no ones touching that one (teehee)

he's got one sweet stroke!!
Oliver Miller was prolly the "greatest" power foward to ever put on a Raptor jersey.
Seriously tho, its good for racho, he deserves it, everytime he takes a shot I know its going in. He rarely takes bad shots other than getting blocked occasionally.

This is the type of record that once gained is easily lost.

I dunno.... We haven't had too many big men who have been able to qualify for that record AND surpass it.

Amir might.... if he stays with us long term.

What I meant Torap, if he just set a record for FG% (I'm assuming Rasho just passed O recently?) all it takes is a few poor shooting games to drop back down below him.

Reading the article actually makes my post pretty idiotic. Hes got him beat badly. It was a matter of having enough shot attempts to qualify.
First rule of raptorsforum, read the articles before you comment

Oliver Miller was like 350 pounds, and Rasho is like 270 lol. How is he the same weight?

Not to worry, once Bosh comes back, the record is secure for at least another year or so.
