Should just call um "Reviews". I don't see any Player breaking down above and beyond the info thats being regurgitated from all the Mock articles and the last few Coach interviews.
I like to see a bit of Raptor action though. So kudo's to whoever makes these. |

it would seem that just about anyone is able to claim expertise now that the internet is so easy to use. Listening to a fan "break down" NBA players can be good, if you are listening to something quickly about some late second rounder and you basically just want the bare bones, but an NBA player.... I dunno. This dude basically articulates all the crap we read on twitter, message boards, and other fan based sources very well. He manages to mimic what he see's on NBATV or NBA or whatever he grew up watching and re-feeds his audience with everything they have already posted or seen posted a dozen times already. I get nothing tangible from these video's, they teach me zero, and frankly, I think they are inaccurate. I think it would be cool to have a thread for our own Board members to do the same thing, I think you'd see just as good, and in many cases with some of the people here, much better offerings, from an originality standpoint anyhow. These other dudes.... meh, I can do without um, it isn't homegrown on this site as far as I know so it isn't fun, and from an expertise angle, its pretty much meh to me, I can google these guys and read actual NBA professional break downs that aren't anywhere near as biased and uninformed. |

calderon, ross, DD, Acy, Val would be an interesting line-up to have on court at some point. Great court coverage and athleticism. Would be hard for most teams to cover that imo.

At the time when Ross, Acy and Val become force in NBA, Calderon will be retired/traded. If you talk about this season, then it's not going to happen, those 5 players on court at the same time is unrealistic, mostly of Acy (who will be sent to D league)

IF DD and Ross were both stroking it well from beyond the arc, I agree.... that line up would create some havoc. It starts with a talent level for hitting shots though... here's to hoping.

obviously hitting shots AND running the floor is the ideal situation but with that line-up i'm just envisaging us giving opposing team's 2nd unit a torrid time running the floor. Plenty of easy fast-break opps (hopefully.) |

I hear ya, and agree. I just know that without those shots falling, they become pretty much ineffective as far as a strong unit is concerned. If these guys can open the floor up and become consistent shooters.... yeehaw!!!!
