Raptors Vs. Nets analysis (pop culture style)
Tale of the sexy tape
Older much more veteran presence and already known throughout the world, experienced with a large number of accomplishments under their belt (Beyonce: 17 Grammys, Nets roster has a total of 2 NBA championship rings, 40+ years of NBA experience and multiple all-star appearances).
Despite being labelled an aging star, still can put up solid performances on the big stage in historic fashion. (beyonce: Superbowl 2013 performance, Nets: 6th in the eastern conference, only team to sweep Miami)
Also has the backing of one of the biggest names in business (Prokhorov, Jay-Z) but some still wonder if they still have the hunger as they look onto the future beyond their respective field. (Nets core is aging and on their last leg, Beyonce giving birth to her baby girl)
Younger, though while approaching their prime still have tons of untapped potential ahead. One time considered a tame tender-hearted talent with the title of "soft" attached to their name, went through a harsh break-up with someone named Chris (Brown, Bosh).
Suddenly a total remake happened. A few stumbling steps later, now an upcoming force in their respective fields from a total personality change of being a nice girl/boy to the stubborn, go-hard or gtfo, hungry bulldog attitude (Rihanna's hit song Run this Town, the Raptor's kyle Lowry) while maintaining loyalty to the team that signed them. (Rihanna to Rocnation, Derozan and Amir to the Raptors)
Despite their young age, still can captivate different types fans, old and new, with different cards under their sleeves (Rihanna's good looks and catchy relatable tunes, The Raptors' exciting dunkers derozan and Ross, stat stuffers lowry, fan friendly amir and the international man of mystery Valanciunas)
And lets be honest, they can rock camo pretty nice.
