![]() does Leaf hate sell? The Leafs are the only pro Toronto team with a shot of making the playoffs, so how can they be last???

They're just going to be like the Raptors if we start 6-1 or something like that. Reality has already set in for the bads in blue, only a matter of time before they're 13th in the east. Quote:
Jays Raps Argos (after qb trades, and I hate cfl) TFC Losers. |

![]() Jays, Raps, Leafs, Argos, TFC. Although considering the Argos play in a league where 6 of 8 teams make the playoffs they should probably be 1st considering they at least now have QB. I think the Jays/Raps are at least trying to build through draft/prospects which to me is the best hope we have.

![]() TFC is in a much better position than the Argos imo. Their academy system is actually producing (not world class players, but good players nonetheless) and their building similar to what you see in Europe. You'll see sustained long-term success there, so I would NOT put them last at all. Argos deserve the last position.

I guess they mean long term hope. It's all subjective. And in case of the Raptors and Jays both are building from within with youth and picks/prospects. For that I agree, but if the Raps don't make the right pick and sign/trade the right players next summer it means little. Same with the Jays, the next 3-4 moves will dictate if they have legit long term hope. The leafs aren't doing it through the draft but are pretty young if I'm not mistaken but I'm not sure about their future capspace. Each team are at a very important stage of their respective rebuild and the next year should give a clearer picture. |
