I was thinking maybe Jennings. He might look pretty good playing beside DeMar and Wilson, definitely an athletic lineup that we could build on.

I'd be willing to pair Kleiza with our pick for Jennings, but that's a lot to give up for a point guard that has yet to show consistency. It's a gamble, for sure. Plus the salaries don't match up, so the Bucks would have to include cash or another piece to make things work.

Who knows, maybe if our pick is high enough we could pair it with Ed Davis for Rubio. :cookie:

Nah, that would be too much. He likes to be here, I'd rather wait when his contract is up. For the time being, it would great to pick Milos Theodosic. He's kind of Calderon but less of a passer.

If we're looking for a Calderon type guard I'd go for Kendall Marshall. Great court vision, kind of a Mark Jackson kind of player.

I think Jose is better than Jennings. I love Bogut here, expecially with JV coning over too..... if we threw in Ed and kept Jose, who do we get instead of Jennings? Do your magic DK... If it's Delfino.... Oooooeeeee!

I think we have to admit Chandler is still in rumor territory. But funny how this would seem to shape up....

starting young C - locked up
staring young PF - locked up
starting young SF - locked up
starting young SG - locked up?
starting young PG - ?

I'd have Bayless as a back up PG/SG for cheap.

As assets: 1st rounder, Calderon expiring, JJ/Kleiza, Amir, Ed Davis, Barbosa, remaining TPA

If B.C. is trying to implement his core going forward to get himself a new contract, wonder what he would have to give up to do it.

Yes, because Bogut would be in sick bay half the time.

it's funny how people had COMPLETELY given up on Bargs before the season, at least most, and now we have posts like this. I don't remember if you were one of those people, but just pointing it out .

p.s Bargnani isn't a young pf, he will be our vet when are core is at their prime, a nice team, a very nice team indeed. similar to philly right now with Igi

In 4 years, Bargnani will be the age Dwayne Wade is right now. I would guess 26 to 34 is big man prime years. The only thing i've ever wanted for Bargs is to show some heart to go with talent.

And don't forget the context that BC is the GM here. So if Bargnani is to be traded, it will be for something no team has, or is willing to offer. So #7 is likely your starting PF whether you like it or not.

Not only would he trump Demar as a scoring option, if he has good leadership qualities, he could be a glue guy....Garbajosa, but with more bathing and without the busted leg.
