Because from what I've seen this guy can play. His point totals this tourney have been really great, but look at his assists too. This guy has some great court vision, and his ability to shoot the ball doesn't hurt, something the Raptors are lacking. |

![]() We really dont neeed a 3-point shooter. Yes were dead last in the league when it comes to that category, but were also dead last when it comes to defence. We need a defender wayy more than we need a 3-point shooter, because defence wins games, not offence.

![]() Ya, Fredette is the real deal. He can attack the basket, he can pull up and drill a 3, he can pass and he can drill clutch shots. The only prob is his D but IMO with his work ethic he'll get better at it to the point where it wont be an issue. There aren't that many lock down defenders at the PG in the NBA anyways...

![]() We dont need shooters people.
We need all around players that can shoot. We've already gone through the phase where we had a bunch of shooters and Bosh and look how that turned out .It doesnt work. You need 2 way players in this league. |

1. You're correct about the Pistons trade and Raptors don't have a 2nd round pick cause of that. 2. They were talking about when the Raptors traded for Alabi which the Raptors gave Dallas a 2nd round pick but that was the 2013 2nd round pick of Toronto. |

![]() I don't think we have a 2nd rounder.
2011 Mock Draft | NBADraft.net nbadraft.net has us with no picks in the second round. The Ajinca trade is for a future second rounder. |

![]() Meh Ajinca is still better than anyone we have ever drafted in the second round LOL
