Rafer Alston was traded in training camp and was sad to go

How was that an ugly departure?

That was the first time. Take a look back at his second stint here.

His first departure was when he signed with the Heat as a free agent.

His 2nd departure was due to problems with Sam Mitchell... Maybe I'm wrong ?

Why did he and Lenny Wilkens wrestle?

He had problems with Mitchell in his second tenure, but by the end of the season things had cooled down and everything was on the up and up by training camp, so yes - he had a few rough patches, but he didn't leave amidst some sort of huge blow up or controversy. He was traded for Mike James, who was just as big of a tool.

Actually, I agree with you man..... was just jokes... not sure who would win that wrestling match though... lol

I wouldn't mind Rafer back as a third pg for cheap.... he's a good guy genuinely, but he did storm off from his last team... was it NJ?

New jersey released him last year at his request, so he could sign with a contender and he signed with Miami and played with a bit and then was suspended for the rest of the year for missing a game. I think dude's got some serious issues, but I just wanted to clarify that he didn't leave here on bad terms.

I wonder if Rod Strickland would come out of retirement or what Andre Barrett or Omar Cook are up to?
