Jose runs on the fast break but for some reason 70% of the time he won't pass it to a open player other than Kapono who jacks up a three

your welcome to add to it as he seems quite certain that jose can't pass worth shit and that we should be able to lead the league in fast break points with some of the slowest front liners in the league.. have fun!

I'm saying they aren't running it well, and to be honest, Toronto's best finishers are also thier big's. Moon isn't great at creating lanes or angles, Parker is the most tentitive running two I've seen, and to he honest, I prefer a more prudent game if thats who I have to aim at.

You guys keep saying he's missing all these open looks, but I'm sorry, what he's doing is making better decisions.

As far as all the back door cuts and layups in the half court are concerned, well that 100% triano's effect.

I apologize for always ripping you Stress, my bad, I dpon't mean to insult you brother, it's just that from where I'm standing, you continue you go after Calderon like a pitbull, when to be honest, you're not necessarily right about what you're saying.

Are you seeing him pull up...yes.
Could he pusj it more, yes, but there are reasons he doesn't that you don't wanna admit are there. My question for you is thjis, do you think he is incapable of doping the things you want him to? Do you honestly believe that Will Solomon or Ukic are more talented and have better feel for the game?

I just mae that number up. I was just trying to make the point that most of the time Jose stops on the fast break and if he does't he usually passes it to JK, to shoot a wide open three

please read all that has been written on this topic today especially the last couple of posts by Superjudge. it's not just that jose can't or won't run the ball, the guys on the floor with him are just starting to figure out HOW to run a basic transition offense. the last coach we had forgot that part of the game to a large part. Don't make stuff up to make a point, back a point up with information you have learned or know. we all have thoughts but the best way to learn is to read and be open to what others who have more experience than you write.

see shawn blow the moon man away !!! wow he would look great in a Raptors uni!

no ukic and solomon dont have a good feel for the game.
but i do believe ukic will become a better passer and play maker than Calderon in time.

what reasons wont i admit?
he's injured? last year was the same thing.
we dont have th personnel to run? we're not a team built for running but when a guy is running the floor raising his arms for the ball while hes open you should be able to pass it to him in the nba.

i believe our improved play has alot to do with triano as well. he's made me a believer in him being a good nba head coach with some more experince running an nba team. triano's offensive gameplan involves pusing the ball and guys running more, something Calderon hasnt proved he can do his entire career in toronto.

not that blocks mean much, but MArion was a Ghost against those dudes, and Moon did send him back pretty nicely.

I'm not on the Marion wagon, I use to like him, but hi sego is hilarious. His little tirade when he was with the Suns, where he was the top paid guy, yet third best player, getting paid because Nash was making him look less of the robot stiff he is, and he goes off complaining that the press isn't paying him enough attention, and too muh to Stevie, the reigning MVP and Marions meal ticket, was the end for me. What nerve this douche has.

If we get Marion I think we'd be resigning him this summer. There doesn't seem to be any market or other teams who'd want or need him and the biggest FAs Boozer and Millsap are irrelevant to us, so I'm sure BC would pony up if we had our like 17 mil capspace.

So the question is, do we want Marion as our future SF? Maybe. But if we could end up getting someone like Butler for JO's contract next year, I'd prefer that

I like Kirilenko better than Marion btw. If we're looking for one of the two.
