Donatas Motiejunas was a leader of an Euroleague team while JV was on eurocup team, even tho they were pretty similar strntgh team. But Dmo was a leader, in summerleague he played awesomely while JV had a bad tourney in olympics? But it's hard to compare as JV is more defensive project and DMO is more offensive one. Since both of them are rookies, DMO won't get many shots and JV getting shots or not he will still be able to contribute defensively every time on the court. I don't care which one of them are better I just hope they do good. Oh and best Lithuanian atm is still Kleiza )

Mehh, I'm a Kleiza fan. But I've heard this before about him and others only to be disapointed down the road when the season starts. He has yet to be a consistent NBA player. He has the tools and usually thrives while playing in europe. I just hope he can put together a solid season for the Raps this season.

Not sure why there's so much hate, his statement could be true. D-Mo looked pretty good in summer league, looks he could jump right in and be the starting PF for Houston right away. JV is a center, and center's usually take a while to fully develop, especially old-school center's.

You people are biased.

Probably missed a few players, but Jose is at #96 (up from 148 last season), and Demar is at #112 (down from 101).

Wonder if either Bargs or Lowry will crack top 50?

I could see Bargnani topping the top 50 though I'm sure Lowry's stock will fall a bit moving to Canada

So the player that's been here 7yrs will rise into the top 50 but the one that hasn't played a game here yet will drop..........because he plays here? I say Lowry will be rated ahead of Bargnani because of his play at both ends but neither will be in the top 50.

So the guy that lost his job in Houston should be ranked higher?

Lowry should be higher than Bargnani. But these lists are so ridiculous at times who the hell knows.

He's proven he has a consistent motor and that he'll bring an effort to win.

Bargnani has showed a lot but has yet to prove anything with his show.

He's proven as much if not more as a two way player and was drafted about 20 spots lower.

weak sauce. Who cares where he was drafted. He's proven he wasn't wanted in Houston after sulking. When Bargnani gets traded for Gary Forbes we'll have our answer.
