sounds like bullshit but here it is...

NBA Trade Rumors 2014: Golden State Warriors Getting Calls For Klay Thompson, Harrison Barnes : Sports : Latino Post

Quote:
Chicago Bulls, Toronto Raptors Could Be In The Mix For Barnes

With the recent acquisition of Jordan Crawford and MarShon Brooks via a three-team trade with the Boston Celtics and the Miami Heat, the Warriors could be more than willing to trade Barnes now.The Chicago*Bulls are expected to be in the mix*for Barnes since they have previously engaged in talks with the Warriors about a potential deal involving veteran point guard Kirk Hinrich.

Barnes would be a perfect fit for the Bulls, who recently traded veteran forward Luol Deng. However, the Warriors are expected to ask for another asset aside from Hinrich before agreeing to a deal.On the other hand, the Warriors could also revive their talks with the Raptors about a potential trade for Kyle Lowry. It is unclear as to whether or not the Raptors will be interested in Barnes because they already have DeMar DeRozan and Terrence Ross unless one of them will be included in the potential trade.

Why does Golden state always seem to have too many good young wing players?

It would be hard to trade DeRozan as his salary of 9.5 million wouldn't match Barnes' for starters. Golden State could offer us Iggy or Curry (which they wouldn't do), or a TPE from Jefferson trade which we wouldn't do. DeRozan would have to be moved for like Barnes, Speights, O'Neal for salary purposes. I don't see the Warriors losing that depth and being a potential tax team down the road because of the trade. I think they would rather keep Barnes for now build up his value and trade him down the road. I could have seen a Lowry trade happen if the Raps' were struggling a bit and the Warriors didn't acquire Crawford. Something along the lines of Lowry, Hansbrough for Barnes, Speights, and filler (Bazemore). Terrence Ross straight up for Barnes works, but I don't really see Warriors doing that.

I would take Barnes and Speights for DD if another team got involved to take either Fields or Hayes on top of it all.

Why the hate on Hayes? He's better at what he has to do than Aaron Gray was.

I know, he doesn't have Gray's haircut or speed.

Hayes is getting owned out there on defense by opposing bigs. I am not sure if you saw Jefferson the other night do whatever he wanted when Hayes was guarding him. Not a solid backup IMO...Cannot wait for Hansbrough to get back.
