The facility is operated and managed by a subsidiary of the Sixers’ parent company, Comcast-Spectacor. These two Atlantic Division foes will reunite the following night at Air Canada Centre.

Two Sunday matinee games bring the Washington Wizards and Boston Celtics to town. The Raptors will play host to the Wizards on October 11 and the Celtics on October 18. Both games will feature a 3 p.m. tip.

The Raptors will also face the Houston Rockets at Air Canada Centre on Thursday, October 15. It is the first preseason meeting between these clubs.

Toronto will play three additional games on the road at Minnesota (Friday, October 9), against Boston in Hartford, Connecticut (Wednesday, October 14) and against Minnesota in Sioux Falls, South Dakota (Friday, October 23).

The Raptors will not face an international foe for the first time since the 2002 preseason.

Wow.. no international opponent.. weird. You couldn't tell me they couldn't get Olympiakos to come here? That would have been fun with Childress and Kleiza...or Real Madrid?

Interesting to see how many line ups Triano throws out in the first couple of games.

Good teams except Philly. Everyone of them has a returning-from-injury star.

I think that they will be given a good 10-15 minutes in the first couple of games to get some in game experience together.

Sounds amazing, can't wait to see some of those guys play. Especially Houston because Aaron Brooks will need to develop into a spectacular guard if they want to make the playoffs.

Aaron Brooks is going to get MIP this season. The way he played in the playoffs last season was outstanding, and with so much swagger.

Cheers

he will not
too small for the nba, will get hurt a lot if he plays starter minutes

he's almost like a child on the floor, I never saw anybody so flimsy on an nba court.

I agree that he has a lot of potential and could be the most improved player. He is really atghletic for a point guard even though he is small for the position. I remember his buzzer beating alley-oop. How many six footers can do that? Oh and the fact that he almost led the Rockets to upset the Lakers is also special.

I think wat the guy meant is that TJ Ford can also score an alley oop. that was your question wasn't it?
