Default Raptor tickets question

Anyone here know anything about raptor's tickets?
I won (2) season tickets to the 2010-2011 Raptors games..
Worth $7,000

I don't watch Basketball what so ever..
You think Ford(they are who I won from)
Will give me tickets that I can't resell or some garbage?
Or will check who is occupying my seats?

I could really use the money. And I would love to know what I can do about them.

heres my waiver.

1. At the time I participated in the Contest, I was 18 years of age or older, and lived within a 75 mile
radius of the City of Toronto.
2. I am not: (a) an employee of MLSE, Ford Motor Company of Canada, the Toronto Raptors (the

seating to which the tickets relate other than the right to attend at the game in question in those seats

their sole discretion. I understand that the seats may not be the same for all Games and seats may
not be adjacent to each other. I understand that all standard terms and conditions applicable to the
tickets and attendance at Air Canada Centre will be applicable to tickets awarded and to the winner
and his/her guests that attend the games. I understand that no financial compensation will be made
when or if actual value of the prize is different to approximate retail value quoted in these rules).

that the awarding of the Prize shall fully satisfy my entitlement as a participant and winner in the
Contest and I hereby fully discharge and forever release the Contest Sponsors, the National
Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties Inc.., or any of their respective

This means that I will reimburse the Released Parties if anyone makes a claim against them based
on damages or injuries I suffer.
13. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, I acknowledge that the Releasees will not be
responsible for any injury, accident, or any other loss, damage or expense in connection with my
participation in the Contest and use of a Prize including, without limitation, in respect of any medical
care or treatment that the Releasees, or any person authorized by any of them, may administer to me
in the event of injury or illness during my use of a Prize. I also acknowledge that none of the
Releasees has offered any warranty or guarantee respecting any Prize and that I will direct any
claims I may have relating to the Prize exclusively to the supplier, manufacturer or originator, as the
case may be, of said Prize.
14. I acknowledge that this Declaration and Release of Liability, when completed, must be returned to
and received by the designated Contest Sponsor Representative by the deadline provided to me. I
hereby further agree that this document is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and
operates to the benefit of the Releasees, as well as their administrators, successors and assigns, and

I would think that they are probably in the 300 level since each season ticket costs 3500.

Bah, they should've asked some basketball skill-testing questions so at least a real basketball fan would win it. But anyway, you're lucky..

Sorry buddy, but Balcony Prime 300 level is 4,000 for 2 seats for the season.

Most likely they are bottom bowl. Look on the raps websight. It tells u the price of season tickets for the season for a single seat so your looking at 3,500 a seat. Most likely endzones or reds

I think it's a shame that someone who doesn't even like basketball would win such a great prize like this.

Ford really should gear their contests and giveaways to those who are interested in the prizes.

$7000 is a tweener number. 2 Balcony Prime are $4000 and two Endzone lowers are $6000 and two endzone corners are $8000. My guess is they are endzones and they amped the price in case the Raptors raise their prices.

I have interest in them depending on where they are.
