![]() Not sure why you guys are so hard on Dragic. His stats are similar to Caldy's before Caldy became the full time pg. As soon as Dragic started for Houston his stats looked pretty damn good, only differences are I think Dragic can run the fast break better and is quicker on D.

I'm not sure if the salaries are even put LA could send Gasol to Houston for Scola & Lowry. That's fair in my opinion. May be even through in Lee and another piece from LA. |

![]() Dragic's not a big improvement over Jose. They're pretty much the same type of player. I think keeping Jose's expiring contract and using him for another year would be better. Try a back loaded offer for Lin or just try to land Lowry instead.

![]() Probably because by signing Nash and amnestying Jose, we have, at best, less than 10 million in cap space. And Portland, who has Batum's RFA rights, would not even hesitate to match an offer that low.
Only way to make this work would be to trade Jose for cap space, amnesty Kleiza or Amir, and throw 12 or 13 million a year at Batum.. Even then, he seems to prefer Minnesota (who have already made a similar offer), and there's still no guarantee Portland doesn't match. Batum is very, very unlikely to happen for the Raps. |

![]() Batum is picking between 2 teams - the Wolves and Portland. He's suspended all visits to any other team now. Portland can match and have outright stated they would - Wouldn't you? If you all love Batum and his potential don't you think Portland does as well?

![]() Hey man, I agree 1000%, seems everyone forgets there are 29 other teams.
Besides, Batum already hate Toronto right isn't that the rumour. He's mad that Toronto shied away when he was a red flag player. Take the Russian, they are way tougher than the French anyhow. |

![]() Right....forgot about that, was a great pick - I tend to block out traumatic moments(since I would have loved him here on the Raps).
Lillard/Matthews/Batum/Aldridge/Hibbert - That is a good young line-up with a tremendous amount of potential. Damn, Toby must be grinning right now! If they don't get Hibbert they still have Leonard, great position for that team. Last edited by DocHoliday99; 07-03-2012 at 11:48 AM. |
